Role Description JBT Marel is looking for a Category Manager Indirects. This is a corporate leadership role within JBT Marel's Global Sourcing organization, reporting directly to the Director of Indirect Spend for the Americas. It represents an exciting opportunity to drive indirect category management and sourcing efforts. This opportunity has a North America scope and is responsible for indirect goods and services such as: - MRO - Welding - Abrasives - Packaging - Fasteners - Utilities - Travel - Temp Labor - Legal - IT Software/Hardware This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and influencing across multiple business units, organizational levels, and geographies. Responsibilities: - Establish category sourcing strategies, lead cross-functional strategic sourcing teams, negotiate with suppliers, and execute contracts to optimize JBT Marel's competitive position. - Drive supplier performance in your areas using agreed metrics and tools, conducting periodic supplier review meetings where performance is measured with agreed follow-up and action plans. - Negotiate supplier price reductions by reviewing sourcing history and supplier capabilities to align parts with qualified, competitive manufacturers. - Identify cost savings opportunities and variances by reviewing historical and competitive costs. - Bring industry benchmarks, expertise, knowledge of trends, and other third-party data to prepare for vendor selection and negotiation. - Drive appropriate relationships with category suppliers, aiming to achieve the optimal solution and cost of ownership that meets business goals, supported by a culture of continuous improvement with performance benchmarks in use. - Act as a market intelligence provider regarding categories; anticipate strategic opportunities and keep key stakeholders informed. - Drive category suppliers in Supplier Relationship Management activities to mitigate risk, improve performance, and add value to JBT Marel. - Create a category strategy in conjunction with internal customers to ensure a comprehensive, unified approach for the category. - Identify and achieve yearly cost savings value targets appropriate to the category aligned with annual budget processes. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field. - 5-10 years of experience of relevant strategic sourcing and procurement operations experience in indirect categories for goods and services in matrixed organization. - Blend of consulting and internal operation leadership roles (Operations Manager, Value Stream Manager) preferred. - Prior experience with Indirect Services related responsibility (contingent workforce, consulting services, financial services, legal services, recruitment services, travel, HR services, training and office suppliers) and Indirect Products (MRO, packaging, abrasives, tooling, chemicals, energy, fleet, plant, property & equipment). - Effective negotiation, communication, decision making and problem-solving skills. - Advanced knowledge of supply contracts with domestic and international suppliers. - Supplier management and engagement experience. - Proficient in project management tools to drive progress and manage resources. Ability to learn and apply proprietary tools and systems. - Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on large amounts of data. - Must be able to travel, up to 40%. - Lean / Six-Sigma knowledge. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills. • Carry out installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities at customer sites across Poland and EMEA • Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on advanced processing equipment • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to maximise equipment uptime and operational efficiency • Support customers with operational, maintenance, and technical guidance • Deliver training to operators and maintenance teams on equipment operation and best practices • Prepare accurate service reports, technical documentation, and follow-up recommendations • Identify spare parts requirements and recommend upgrades or improvements where appropriate • Collaborate with internal engineering, technical support, and project teams to ensure high-quality service delivery • Support larger installation and upgrade projects across the EMEA region when required
Role Description JBT Marel is looking for a Field Service Engineer. You will be responsible for performance maintenance and setup work on all Bevcorp products including, but not limited to, Capping, Filling, Seaming, and Blending machinery. - Has working knowledge and experience in their discipline and continues to build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers. - Performs mainly straightforward or structured assignments to develop competence. - Uses prescribed guidelines or existing procedures to analyze and resolve routine or standard problems. - Works under supervision and receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from more senior roles. - Prepare detailed schematics and working engineering drawings of electrical devices and systems. - Conduct electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic design, peripheral device programming, machine PLC programming, coordinate the machine debug, power-up, and machine validation with build and electrical teams and provide customer documentation as needed. - Travel to install site for install and runoffs with customer when applicable and necessary. - Exhibit a continual commitment to safety, understand risks, keep up on safety training, report/document incidents as required. - Support the Technical Writer for catalog/manual development. - Ability to interact with company personnel, customers, and vendors while representing the company in a professional manner. - Generate bills of materials from specifications and drawings. - Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for customers. - Integrate Bevcorp equipment with existing machinery in the field. - Provide troubleshooting support for existing machinery in the field. Qualifications - 3 years Allen Bradley and Autocad Electrical experience. - BSEE or BSEET preferred but not required in lieu of experience. - Packaging or food & beverage experience preferred. - PLC Programming in the Allen Bradley environment (RSLogix5, RSLogix500, RSLogix5000, Studio 5000, CCW). - HMI Programming in the Allen Bradley environment (FTview). - Electrical schematic drafting in Autocad Electrical. - Electrical circuit troubleshooting. - Customer relations/interpersonal skills. - Understanding of electrical design concepts and processes, components, circuits, and power distribution. - Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA-79, and UL-508. Role Description The Senior Internal Auditor is responsible for planning, coordination and completion of internal audits and Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements. You will help complete risk assessments to establish the annual internal audit plan, preparing internal audit reports for review by the Internal Audit Manager, performing special projects and ad hoc assignments. Technical auditing and accounting skills and 3+ years of experience with GAAP is required. As our Senior Internal Auditor, you will report to the Internal Audit Manager. On a given day, you may: - Evaluate risk areas and provide important input on the development of the Audit Plan. - Lead audit procedures, identify issues, develop criteria and analyze evidence. - Complete the financial, Sarbanes-Oxley and information technology-based audit engagements. - Lead effort to maintain the internal audit programs and policies and develop new audit programs. - Provide or help provide training and guidance to Internal Audit seniors and staff in conducting audits and other audit-related issues. - Experience with data analytics and use of tools such as Tableau and Microsoft BI. Role Description The Manager, Sales & Service Contracts will be responsible for global commercial contracting activities to support sales and service for the AGV (Autonomous Guided Vehicle) business within JBT Marel Corporation (JBTM). In this role, you will be responsible for certain Sales and service contracts workstreams to provide dedicated AGV support, enhance governance, and accelerate business velocity. This is a remote role. Headquarters locations are in Chalfont, PA. You will work within a global contract team. Travel will be up to 10% and could be international. - Support the Contracts Management team and leadership to help develop and implement a contracts management framework. - Create a high-performance culture that balances rigor with agility and embraces professional development. - Optimize the contracts “Playbook” to establish standardized templates, fallback clauses, workflows, and approval processes for Sales contracts. - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and related agreements. - Utilize the enterprise-wide Contracts Lifecycle Manage (CLM) tool. - Provide guidance and training to develop and support the business and related sales activities. - While primary focus will be on Sales contracts, support the Procurement and Digital/IT contracts resources. - Collaborate with the Ethics & Compliance, Tax, Risk Management, Finance, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate provisions are included in Sales contracts. - Stay informed regarding changes in laws and regulations that may impact JBTM’s business related to Sales contracts. - Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract templates, processes, issues, and best practices. - Manage external resources when utilized to supplement contracts management activities. • Help prepare complex parts and service proposals • Create new part numbers in JDE for legacy items not transferred from Syteline or for part numbers that exist in other JBT ERP's (ICS and/or SNK) • Assist sales and customers with technical questions that may require research and consultation • Manage customers with warranty or performance issues post-equipment installation or post-retrofit • Develop department procedures required to ensure parts and service margin performance within department sales goals • Report potential sales activity from customer follow-ups or customer's reason for not pursuing purchase • Work multiple shifts to support international customers, and after-hours emergencies • Assist Sales with gathering technical/product information in preparation for presentations
