Job Description

Client Services Coordinator

Jackson Healthcare

• Assist Account Managers by scheduling locum providers, updating confirmation agreements, processing timecards/expenses, and tracking candidate submission checklists. • Act as a liaison between clients, agencies, and the internal team, ensuring clarity and timely communication. • Organize phone screens and ensure schedules are updated accurately in the HWL platform. • Keep inboxes organized and respond to client and agency emails promptly, aiming to address queries on the same business day. • Handle issues effectively and with a sense of urgency, while maintaining a positive image of the company. • Work closely with the Account Management team, keeping them informed of any significant problems or activities.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare recruiting or a related field
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with various financial and business applications; willing to learn company-specific platforms.
