Ground Experience Manager, Europe and the Middle East

• Providing real-time support to clients on active trips via WhatsApp, phone, and email during your shift, with a minimum expectation of a 15-30 minute response time • Proactively reaching out to clients multiple times during their trip • Liaising with DMCs and ground operators to resolve issues quickly on behalf of clients • Logging all client contacts and issues in our CRM, categorising and escalating as appropriate • Monitoring active bookings for potential issues and acting proactively • Working closely with Travel Designers, Product, and management to collate and action trip feedback • Feeding back trends, recurring issues, and DMC performance to the wider team on a regular basis

Marketing Director – Interim, Maternity Cover

• Oversee the execution of and protection of Jacada's brand identity across all channels and touchpoints for the duration of the contract. • Ensure all marketing output is consistent with the strategy already in place, evolving it where required with the Managing Director's input. • Partner with the Sales and Operations Director to keep marketing activity aligned with commercial objectives and the client journey. • Work closely with the Client Experience Director to ensure that USPs are aligned with on-the-ground delivery. • Act as final editorial oversight of the Jacada Explorer magazine, ensuring that goals are met and the timeline through commissioning, production, design, print and distribution is followed. • Oversee Jacada's wider content output - website, blog, email, and social media - ensuring it is on-brand, high quality, and audience-relevant. • Provide strategic oversight of Jacada's digital marketing activity through the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and their team. • Own the Jacada website and its development, ensuring that performance is prioritised, the site is appropriately maintained, updated and evolved. • Own brand-specific digital activity including social media strategy, website content, email marketing, and content-led SEO strategy, including AI optimisation. • Monitor digital performance, using data to inform decisions and keep activity on track. • Oversee and be accountable for the optimisation of the performance marketing budget.
Junior Digital Executive

We're looking for a proactive and versatile Junior Digital Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to support the delivery of digital marketing across our platforms. This is a broad and varied role spanning email, website, digital content, reporting and SEO support, where you will be hands-on and at the core of our digital team. As Jacada grows there is a need for more on site messaging, personalised communications and improvements to our customer journeys. You will play a meaningful part in making that happen. You will work closely with in-house digital and collaborate with our content and brand teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, loves travel and is ready to be in a fast moving team. Key Responsibilities Email Marketing Assist the Marketing Executive on building and testing email newsletters and automated workflows using HubSpot. Support audience segmentation and personalisation to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time. Maintain list hygiene, manage unsubscribes and improve deliverability and assist with testing of content. Website Pages Support digital team on publishing and updating content edits across the website using WordPress CMS. Build and optimise landing pages to support campaigns and paid activity. Handle day to day digital website amends. Reporting Collate digital performance data across channels. Conduct regular competitor analysis covering messaging, UX and content. Maintain dashboards and tracking spreadsheets to support the wider team. CRM Management Segment audiences and support lead nurture workflows. Assist with building smart lists, updating automated sequences and checking for errors or underperforming workflows to improve the customer journey. SEO Support Assist the SEO team with on-page tasks, keyword research, ranking monitoring and technical hygiene. Help maintain internal best practice guidelines for the content and freelance team and stay informed on developments in social search and AI-driven discovery to support the team's broader organic strategy. Digital Project Support Provide hands on support across digital marketing projects, collaborating with the wider marketing team on campaign delivery and day to day projects. What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of digital marketing experience (agency or in-house) - Comfortable working in CMS platforms - Experience building email campaigns - Basic understanding of SEO principles - Strong attention to detail, organisation and task follow-through - A problem-solver with a passion for all things digital marketing Enjoys data and spreadsheets Great to have - Experience working on travel or luxury websites - Interest in positive impact travel - Knowledge of Hubspot, Semrush, Ahrefs, GA4 and Wordpress - Keen copywriter What to expect working in the Marketing team The Marketing department at Jacada is a vibrant team of creative individuals. In this remote-first team you will collaborate with content creators, digital strategists and other marketing professionals based across the UK. Our office is in London (Old Street) however this role is open to remote applications as well.
