Invoicing & Accounts Receivable - Prepare and submit accurate, timely invoices to government customers across all contract types (FFP, T&M, cost-reimbursable) in accordance with contract terms and billing instructions. - Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices to support healthy cash flow. - Process and reconcile subcontractor invoices in compliance with contract terms. - Coordinate with program and contracts staff to resolve billing discrepancies or funding issues promptly. Payroll - Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper labor distribution to direct and indirect cost accounts. - Reconcile payroll records to the general ledger and maintain complete payroll documentation. - Ensure payroll tax filings and 401(k) deposits are completed accurately and on schedule; coordinate with the Human Resources as needed. Financial Reporting Support - Provide accurate, timely financial data to support management reporting, forecasting, and budget-to-actual analysis. - Prepare contract-level cost reports and funding status summaries to support program manager financial visibility. - Support proposal pricing, including labor rates, fringe, and indirect rate inputs. - Support tax preparation, year-end audits, and other special projects.
