**Contingent upon contract award** Location: Remote Position: Program Analyst, Journeyman Overview: ITC is seeking a Journeyman Program Analyst to provide essential coordination, documentation management, stakeholder engagement, and execution support for AUKUS related activities. The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of professional experience, a strong background in complex program environments, and preferred experience with contracting or defense programs. This role supports day-to-day program operations, ensures continuity and clarity across multiple workstreams, and enables leadership to focus on strategic direction. Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day coordination across AUKUS program activities, serving as the central driver of continuity, clarity, and timely task execution. - Track all actions, deliverables, milestones, and decisions, ensuring aligned timelines, transparent progress visibility, and early identification of gaps or delays. - Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including action logs, working artifacts, stakeholder inputs, and historical records to ensure traceability and consistency. - Prepare and deliver routine updates, reports, and readouts that synthesize status, key issues, and risks for leadership. - Coordinate communication, meeting preparation, and follow ups across internal teams and external stakeholders, including Australian suppliers, ensuring timely closure of tasks and alignment of expectations. - Support efficient communication flow across multinational and cross functional teams. - Develop toward advanced roles in Project Management, Integration, or other mission areas by taking on expanded responsibilities that enhance program coherence and operational effectiveness. - Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business, Project Management, or a related field. - 5–10 years of experience in program coordination, program management support, or similar roles. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, track deliverables, and support fast moving, multi stakeholder initiatives. - Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. - Ability to maintain accurate documentation and support leadership with clear, well-structured reporting. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting contracting, government acquisition, defense programs, or multinational program environments. - Familiarity with AUKUS related activities or international defense collaboration. - Experience coordinating across engineering, supply chain, logistics, or other technical teams. - Prior defense industry or government contractor experience. - Preferred geographical locations are the West Coast of the US or the DC Metro Area. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range is $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. This is a remote position; however, it may have location-based eligibility requirements based on where the company is currently authorized to employ. CTG is seeking a Cerner Cerner PathNet Analyst to join our team. The Cerner PathNet Analyst will play a key role in supporting and optimizing laboratory information system (LIS) workflows within the Cerner Millennium platform. This role partners closely with clinical laboratory teams, IT staff, and operational leaders to ensure that PathNet functionality aligns with organizational needs, regulatory requirements, and best practices. The analyst is responsible for system configuration, troubleshooting, enhancement planning, and ongoing maintenance of Cerner PathNet modules. Key Responsibilities System Configuration & Maintenance - Configure, build, and maintain Cerner PathNet modules, including General Laboratory, Microbiology, Anatomic Pathology, Blood Bank (if applicable), and related components. - Manage dictionaries, test builds, specimen workflows, rules, and instrument interfaces. - Support system upgrades, domain migrations, and patch implementations. Workflow Optimization - Analyze laboratory workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency, accuracy, and standardization. - Collaborate with lab leadership to design and implement optimized processes within PathNet. - Ensure system configuration supports regulatory and accreditation requirements (CAP, CLIA, Joint Commission). Troubleshooting & Support - Provide Tier 2/3 support for PathNet-related issues, including order entry, result reporting, instrument connectivity, and interface errors. - Work with Cerner support, interface teams, and internal IT to resolve system issues. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential problems. Project Management & Implementation - Participate in or lead PathNet-related projects, including new test implementations, instrument integrations, and workflow redesigns. - Develop and execute test scripts for system validation and change control. - Assist with go-live planning, support, and post-implementation optimization. Training & Documentation - Create and maintain system documentation, including build guides, workflow diagrams, and change logs. - Provide training and support to laboratory staff and clinical users. - Communicate system changes and updates to stakeholders.
