Engineering Manager – Technical Operations
IronArch Technology
• Lead the day-to-day Technical Operations function in support of the EHRM client, using monitoring tools (LightsOn, Tachyon, Splunk) to identify, triage, and resolve end user device, client networking, and system issues. • Guide troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues across client and stakeholder teams to continuously improve the end user experience. • Provide technical analysis and oversight across all systems engineering aspects of the EHRM transition to a COTS product line, including requirements development, network and system environment setup, test, change management, release and deployment, support, and sustainment. • Actively monitor for, identify, and address technical risks, gaps, and opportunities affecting the ability of the solution architecture to satisfy requirements throughout the lifecycle. • Prepare analysis of alternatives (AoA) presentations to support client and program decision making. • Proactively engage Integration and Interfaces, Cyber, Infrastructure, Architecture, and other stakeholder teams to ensure timely execution of strategic plans and schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional engineering experience, with 3+ years in an engineering management or technical leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and endpoint management tools such as Splunk, 1E Tachyon, LightsOn, or equivalents.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical teams across Integration, Cyber, Infrastructure, and Architecture disciplines.
- Track record of standing up and operating Technical Operations or systems engineering functions on a complex enterprise IT program, including change management, release and deployment, and sustainment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analysis of alternatives, status, and metrics to senior client and program stakeholders.
- Comfort owning a backlog of operational work and driving it to completion in a high-visibility, high-accountability environment.

Customer Engineering Manager
EnodeAPIs for connecting to EVs, thermostats and other energy hardware. Building the technology behind a green energy system
• Design and help our customers implement technical solutions using the Enode API based on their engineering, product, and business needs • Advise customers on technical product architecture and best practices for using the Enode API and provide ongoing technical support to customers (e.g. answering technical questions, debugging customer implementations and resolving/escalating issues) • Not only will you identify and debug issues in customer implementations, but you will also proactively make necessary fixes and/or improvements directly in the Enode codebase • Act as a champion for new products, features, and company initiatives based on customer discussions and your own product expertise you will develop in the role to ensure Enode’s resources are allocated to high impact areas • Drive and/or contribute to internal projects (e.g. developer portal experience, Integration Guides, customer analysis, etc).
