Interwell Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of Social Workers and Registered Dietitians within our Virtual Clinical Services organization. This team partners closely with RN Care Management to deliver coordinated assessments, education, care planning, and targeted interventions for patients across multiple states through telephonic and virtual care models. In this role, you will provide direct supervision, coaching, and clinical leadership while serving as a subject matter expert for virtual clinical operations.
