• Introduces InterSystems products and services to health systems and builds a pipeline of new activity • Plans sales strategy and drives new business revenues with healthcare organizations • Acts as the principal liaison between InterSystems and end user accounts; develops and enhances business relationships by providing high levels of service and by encouraging contact with accounts at various organizational levels; develops and continuously updates account profiles • Utilizes internal resources to achieve sales objectives • Provides feedback from customers regarding product performance; provides input to product development and support services for product fixes and enhancement • Generate new business revenues as well as help protect and grow existing customer base
• Develop and manage sales opportunities within healthcare organizations across North-East Italy. • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, regional healthcare authorities, system integrators, and strategic partners. • Identify customer needs and position InterSystems' healthcare solutions, including EMR, interoperability, and AI-enabled technologies. • Support the preparation of commercial proposals and participate in public procurement processes. • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop winning strategies. • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to achieving regional sales targets.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned with IPSC's growth objectives within assigned state government accounts. • Generate, qualify, and advance new business opportunities across state agencies, including Medicaid, Public Health, Health and Human Services, Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Behavioral Health, and other health and human services organizations. • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with governors' offices, cabinet agencies, CIOs, Medicaid directors, public health leaders, procurement officials, legislators, and other executive stakeholders. • Identify, pursue, and influence opportunities involving federal funding programs, including Medicaid modernization, Rural Health Transformation, public health initiatives, interoperability, and health data modernization. • Lead account planning activities, develop executive engagement strategies, and coordinate cross-functional resources to position InterSystems for long-term success. • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to develop winning customer strategies and compelling proposals. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with systems integrators, consulting firms, technology partners, and industry associations to expand market reach and jointly pursue opportunities. • Be highly present with our customers, partners, and those we are privileged to serve. • Represent InterSystems at industry conferences, state association meetings, executive briefings, and customer events to strengthen brand awareness and cultivate new relationships. • Maintain accurate opportunity management, forecasting, and account planning activities within our global records system and other sales management tools. • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their strategic priorities and aligning InterSystems' technology portfolio to deliver measurable business and healthcare outcomes. • Stay informed of legislative, regulatory, funding, and technology trends impacting state government healthcare markets and translate those insights into actionable business development strategies.
• Develop and execute account strategies across assigned state government accounts. • Research legislative, regulatory, and funding initiatives to identify emerging business opportunities. • Build relationships with state agency staff, legislative offices, governors' offices, healthcare associations, and other key stakeholders. • Attend customer meetings, conferences, association events, and executive briefings to increase InterSystems' visibility within assigned territories. • Assist in developing account plans, stakeholder maps, opportunity strategies, and executive engagement plans. • Coordinate internal resources to support customer pursuits, including Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, and Executive Leadership. • Learn or advance knowledge in state procurement processes, budgeting cycles, and public-sector funding mechanisms. • Support proposal development, customer presentations, and business development campaigns. • Maintain accurate customer information and opportunity tracking within tracking system. • Participate in a structured professional development program.
• Execute the process of designing, reviewing and installing all the InterSystems products including TrakCare patches, releases and builds on the required customer platforms in accordance with quality assurance protocols and Service Level Agreements as agreed with the customer for software release authorization and installation. • Administration and maintenance of hosted solutions and related infrastructure working with other teams or partners as required. • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis for implementations. • Provide technical support for custom development, i.e. JavaScript, user defined functions, interfaces, reports, extracts, data migration scripts and conversions. • Support and test of TrakCare internal and external utilities, e.g. patching tool, print service, etc. • Assist Presales for any technical request such as architecture, configuration, hardware sizing, etc. • Produce technical documentation such as reference materials, installation instructions, user guides, knowledge-based articles and how-to’s. • Participate in on-site technical training and implementations activities if required. • Take on responsibility for scripting, maintenance and verification of backups. • Automation of routine activities (deployment of patches , environment replication , etc.. ). • Participate in the continuous improvement of the operation processes required to delivery exceptional service quality.
• Own and scale a global Application Management function supporting mission-critical client environments across all regions • Define and implement a standardized global operating model, including SLAs, KPIs, and delivery frameworks • Drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across geographically distributed teams • Ensure alignment with regional regulatory, operational, and client-specific requirements • Lead the U.S.-based managed solutions organization with full accountability for service delivery outcomes • Ensure tight integration across infrastructure, platform, and application layers • Establish a culture of ownership, accountability, and operational excellence • Serve as executive escalation point for critical client and operational issues • Build and scale a modern SRE function focused on reliability, automation, and observability • Define reliability targets, error budgets, and operational maturity standards • Embed SRE principles across all service delivery teams • Drive adoption of proactive, automated, and self-healing operational models • Define, build, and scale new managed service offerings, including Interface-as-a-Service • Lead the adoption of AI-driven capabilities to transform service delivery and operational efficiency • Establish a global, repeatable model for client upgrades across platforms and geographies • Act as a senior leader across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success organizations • Engage directly with strategic clients and executive stakeholders • Provide clear, data-driven reporting on performance, risks, and transformation initiatives • Influence roadmap and investment decisions based on operational insights.

• Maintain and enhance relations with existing Healthcare Data Platform customers • Discover, qualify and develop opportunities for solutions sales in the UK healthcare market • Motivate internal and external staff/resources to focus on desired business outcomes • Work with the UK Bid team to provide timely proposals to customers • Manage, escalate and resolve technical or contractual issues • Partner with Marketing teams to develop, and execute, effective prospecting strategies and campaigns to target new customers in areas where our solutions can provide value • Leverage existing customers as reference sites to support the campaign to bring in new name business • Maintain awareness of industry sector and technological advances • Collaborating with InterSystems partner organisations to support end-user requirements
• Deploy, manage, and upgrade Kubernetes clusters using tools like kubeadm, EKS, AKS, GKE, or Rancher. • Implement robust RBAC, network policies, ingress controllers, and security frameworks in Kubernetes. • Automate cluster provisioning and application deployment pipelines using Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD. • Build reusable modules for consistent infrastructure delivery across staging and production. • Integrate Kubernetes with modern CI/CD workflows for rapid, safe application delivery. • Support GitOps practices and continuous deployment automation. • Implement observability for Kubernetes using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Fluentd/Fluent Bit. • Troubleshoot performance issues, failed pods, memory leaks, and cluster degradation events. • Operate Kubernetes workloads across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid/on-prem environments. • Use tools like Velero, Kasten, or Stash for backup/restore strategies in Kubernetes. • Partner with application developers, SREs, and security teams to implement best practices. • Serve as a technical advisor on cloud-native architectures and containerization.
• Act as a senior technical authority for Kubernetes architecture across managed services and SaaS platforms • Define and maintain reference architectures and design patterns for Kubernetes platforms across on premises, private cloud, and public cloud environments • Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on cluster design, networking, security, scaling, and multi region strategies • Influence long term platform strategy, tooling selection, and architectural direction in partnership with platform and cloud leadership • Design, build, and evolve Kubernetes clusters using platforms such as EKS, AKS, GKE, Rancher, or equivalent enterprise distributions • Establish best practices for cluster lifecycle management, upgrades, multi tenancy, and workload isolation • Architect and implement advanced Kubernetes networking models including CNI plugins, ingress controllers, and network policies • Design secure RBAC models, secrets management approaches, and workload isolation aligned with enterprise security requirements • Ensure platform changes are engineered, tested, versioned, and rolled out with the same rigor as application software • Define and enforce Infrastructure as Code standards using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps based workflows • Design reusable and composable infrastructure modules to enable consistent and repeatable platform deployments • Drive automation first approaches to cluster provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management • Ensure platform changes are versioned, tested, and delivered through controlled CI and CD pipelines • Architect observability solutions for Kubernetes platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Fluentd or Fluent Bit and related tooling • Define strategies for monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and performance optimization • Lead troubleshooting of complex platform incidents involving cluster degradation, networking issues, or systemic failures • Partner with Site Reliability Engineering teams to establish service level objectives, error budgets, and reliability engineering practices • Design Kubernetes solutions that operate consistently across public cloud and on premises environments • Architect backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies using tools such as Velero, Kasten, or Stash • Address cloud specific constraints related to identity, networking, storage, and cost optimization • Mentor senior engineers and architects across platform, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering teams • Act as a trusted advisor to application teams on cloud native and containerization strategies • Contribute to technical standards, documentation, and internal enablement • Represent platform architecture in cross functional design reviews and technical forums
