Junior Sales Executive

• Develop and manage sales opportunities within healthcare organizations across North-East Italy. • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, regional healthcare authorities, system integrators, and strategic partners. • Identify customer needs and position InterSystems' healthcare solutions, including EMR, interoperability, and AI-enabled technologies. • Support the preparation of commercial proposals and participate in public procurement processes. • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop winning strategies. • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to achieving regional sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Healthcare IT or enterprise software sales.
  • Good understanding of the Italian healthcare market and digital health ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their application in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with Italian public procurement regulations and public tendering processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the North-East Italy region.
