The Role: As a Product Manager, you independently own execution and continuous improvement within a defined product domain. You apply professional judgment to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities, delivering high-quality enhancements and workflow improvements. While broader product strategy is set by Principal PMs/Product Directors, you exercise discretion and independent decision-making in managing your domain and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Execution & Delivery - Independently own feature-level discovery, requirement definition, prioritization, and delivery within a defined product area. - Translate complex customer and business problems into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation. - Evaluate tradeoffs and make prioritization recommendations within your scope, exercising sound judgment with limited oversight. - Partner with engineering on planning, estimation, QA readiness, and release execution, adapting plans as needed based on new information. The Role: As a customer facing member of the Support Team, the Implementation Specialist serves a key role as the face of Interra Health to newly signed customers, guiding them from post-sale through go-live.
