Koostööst: - Töötad If Kindlustuse isikukahjude tiimiga koostöölepingu alusel, nõustades kahjukäsitlejaid keerulisemates juhtumites. - Suhtlus toimub peamiselt e-posti teel ja töökoormuse lepime kokku vastavalt Sinu võimalustele. - Meie tiim on kogenud, hästi organiseeritud ning hindab selgeid ja põhjendatud ekspertarvamusi. Rollist: - Hindad kindlustusandja palvel esitatud meditsiinidokumentatsiooni – diagnooside põhjendatust, ravivajalikkust ja kulude vastavust. - Annad kirjaliku eksperthinnangu, mis aitab kahjukäsitlejal teha põhjendatud hüvitamisotsuse. - Nõustad tiimi küsimustes, mis puudutavad raviprotsesse, puude raskusastmeid või töövõimetust. - Vajadusel aitad hinnata, kas esitatud kahju vastab kindlustatule osutatud teenuse mahule. - Osaled keerulisemate juhtumite aruteludes ja toetad tiimi meditsiinialaste teadmiste arendamisel. Qualifications - Kehtiva Eesti arsti- või ravimitöötaja litsentsiga spetsialist, kellel on kliiniline töökogemus. - Erialane taust sisehaiguste, üldkirurgia, ortopeedia, reumatoloogia või muu laia profiiliga erialal on eelistatud. - Inimene, kes suudab meditsiinilisi hinnanguid väljendada selgelt ja struktureeritult ka mittemeditsiinilisele lugejale. - Kohusetundlik partner, kelle vastused saabuvad kokkulepitud ajaks. - Eesti keele valdamine kõrgtasemel on vajalik. - Varasem kogemus kindlustuse, töövõimehindamise või meditsiinilise ekspertiisi valdkonnas on suur eelis. • Own and continuously improve the EMEA Customs & Trade Compliance program, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, AEO requirements, and customs authorizations across manufacturing and commercial sites. • Manage customs licenses, authorizations, and special procedures (e.g., AEO, IPR, End-Use), maintaining ongoing regulatory compliance. • Lead trade preference and non-preferential origin programs, including origin determination, supplier solicitations, customer certifications, FTA compliance, and duty optimization initiatives. • Monitor regulatory developments, assess business impacts, and promote the implementation of customs and trade compliance changes. • Provide expert guidance, training, and operational support to stakeholders on customs and trade compliance requirements. • Ensure compliant import and export operations through effective controls, procedures, systems, self-audits, and the management of customs master data (tariff classification, valuation, origin, licensing, etc.). • Conduct compliance reviews, support customs audits and government inquiries, and drive corrective actions to mitigate risk and strengthen processes. • Partner with customs brokers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate customs filings and efficient operational execution. • Act as the regional subject matter expert for customs and trade compliance, leading projects, system enhancements (including SAP GTS), KPI reporting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide specialized technical and scientific support for enzyme and yeast applications in customer environments • Collaborate with sales teams during customer meetings, trainings, and onsite visits • Serve as an internal technical expert on assigned product lines, applications, and limitations • Conduct routine plant visits to perform process audits, lab analysis, and performance optimization • Analyze process and laboratory data to identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations • Develop tools or models to enhance data analysis and technical decision‑making • Deliver customer training on product selection, application, and optimization • Provide post‑sale technical troubleshooting during product testing and implementation • Support account planning and identify business development opportunities from a technical and commercial perspective

• Identify, target and secure new customers and application opportunities across the Non-Food segments in Europe, including Plastics, Personal care and adjacent markets • Drive new business development while managing selected strategic accounts • Build and maintain a strong and accurately forecasted sales pipeline, from lead generation through contract closure • Lead customer meetings and commercial discussions with a strong technical foundation in polymer technologies • Translate customer needs into value driven solution proposals in collaboration with Application, R&D and Product Management teams • Support the commercial introduction and rollout of new innovations • Monitor market trends and competitive movements to uncover new growth opportunities

• Lead efforts to identify, engage, and grow target accounts in the nutraceutical market, achieving annual sales targets and building a robust opportunity pipeline. • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across customer functions (Science, NPD, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Logistics). • Demonstrate deep knowledge across the full product range—from ingredients to turnkey finished formats—and convey technical/scientific data to diverse audiences. • Coordinate internal teams (Technical Service, R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Customer Service) to support customer activities and business development plans. • Translate regional business objectives into actionable plans, resolve sales cycle barriers, and lead preparation for customer meetings and presentations. • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI/SPINS), contributing insights to innovation pipelines and new product development. • Develop and negotiate sales contracts, document opportunities and meeting reports in Salesforce, and ensure pipeline visibility for all stakeholders. • Collaborate with marketing on concept development, co-marketing initiatives, and support internal product launches. • Participate in performance management activities, regional sales meetings, and external industry events to stay aligned with business goals and market dynamics.

• Drive quality assurance across raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. • Support global manufacturing plants and QC laboratories with technical expertise. • Investigate quality deviations and identify root causes to prevent recurrence. • Ensure compliance with internal specifications and external regulatory requirements. • Partner with Quality, R&D, Vendor Quality, and Operations teams worldwide to enable continuous improvement.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in food science, bakery science, or a related life-science field. - 5+ years of sales, bakery, or confectionary industry experience. - Strong competencies in Sales, Marketing, or Product Development. - Deep understanding of the selling process and the bakery industry. - AIB certification is a plus. - Experience selling functional food ingredients and supporting technical marketing. - Demonstrated strength in negotiations, planning, and execution. - Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools. - Excellent communication skills across matrixed teams; ability to travel up to 50%.
