Your potential is our inspiration. - Translate business requirements into conceptualizing, designing and prototyping application user experience. - Design and develop applications and systems in the SAP EHS space. - Perform business analysis and software analysis. - Coordinate projects and perform system maintenance activities. - Act as primary liaison in the delivery of customer requirements/solutions and business process design related to product development life cycle and commercial processes, especially in the SAP EHS space. - Collaborate with business unit management, various IT functional areas, and outside consultants to assess feasibility, determine cost versus benefits, prioritize projects. - Develop and implement system plans that address the information requirements of the business. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or any other relevant discipline. - Minimum 10-12 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis and PLM application support. - Hands-on experience with SAP EHS. - Strong understanding of product development lifecycle processes. - Proven project management and organizational skills. - Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. - Strong communication skills (written and verbal). - Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Analyst 3 (CAPPS Technical Oversight Analyst) to support a statewide enterprise financial system program. This role involves providing advanced technical oversight, consultative services, and system support for a large-scale ERP environment that includes HR/Payroll, Financials, and ancillary systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise systems, strong technical and functional analysis capabilities, and experience supporting complex, multi-agency environments.
