This includes defining initial team composition, tools to utilise, and a high-level roadmap. • Work with departments such as Product & Services, Customer Success, and Sales & Partnerships to clearly define roles and responsibilities, ensuring seamless collaboration across functions; • Collaborate with Product & Services to stay informed about existing offerings and influence product roadmaps, helping design new products and services based on client feedback and market trends; • Enhance the positioning of Infinite Lambda’s products and services during the sales process and beyond, improving how value is communicated to clients; • Liaise with senior leadership (CEO, CTO, CPO, COO, CSO) at Infinite Lambda to formulate a clear strategy for combining data and cloud expertise into a holistic value proposition, strengthening the company’s market positioning; • Conduct regular research on industry trends, working with leadership to evolve strategies as appropriate to maintain competitiveness; • Deepen subject-matter knowledge in Infinite Lambda’s key industry verticals, ensuring a strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics. • Work with Infinite Lambda’s executive team to help steer the company’s overall strategy in a positive direction, providing insights from solutions architect perspectives. • Represent Infinite Lambda at external conferences and events, promoting the company’s brand, thought leadership, and expertise in data and cloud engineering.

You will track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly through reports and presentations. You will report to the Delivery Excellence group, ensuring two-way communication is always in place. Role Description As our CFO, you will be the strategic financial partner to our CEO and Exec team. This is not a back-office finance role. • Implements across the stack: backend, frontend, the IDE extension, and conversion logic, in Python or whichever languages we adopt. • Ships features against the spec using agents as the default implementation tool, and writes the spec themselves for simpler, well-bounded features (with Cristiano's review). • Becomes a modernisation specialist: deep working knowledge of how Informatica, SSIS, Talend and IICS objects map onto dbt, Fivetran and the warehouse. • Demonstrates real, working understanding of the code they merge. Reads it, challenges it, and can explain every line. • Writes failing tests from the spec's acceptance criteria first. No test, no PR. • Logs every agent failure mode into the team's prompt and skill backlog.
Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Role Description You'll be responsible for winning and growing new logos in the Enterprise segment. That includes: - Work closely with our Leadership, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to fully capitalize on the pipeline that we are building together. - Build co-selling relationships with field teams at Snowflake, Databricks, dbt Labs, Fivetran, Omni, OpenAI, and Anthropic. - Collaborate with Solutions Architects and FDEs to develop compelling proposals rooted in adding business value. - Drive a deal from prospect to SoW signed, and expand the account over time. - Represent Infinite Lambda at industry and partner events in the US. - Manage a book of business of a minimum of $3 Million / annum. Qualifications - 5+ years in sales, with at least 3 selling data, analytics, or AI services. - A track record of originating and closing six and seven figure consulting or services deals, and of hitting quota consistently. - Comfort selling to C-level and VP-level buyers, and translating technical capability into business outcomes. - Existing relationships in the Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran or dbt partner ecosystems are a real advantage. - Self-sufficiency. You'll be operating with a lot of autonomy in a new market. - Willingness to travel for client meetings, partner events and conferences. - Experience in a data consultancy or systems integrator is a plus. - Depth in one of our core industries, or experience selling GenAI or agentic AI engagements is beneficial. - Curiosity and motivation are essential. Requirements - Experience selling in the modern data and AI space is essential. - Ability to hold a credible conversation about data engineering, analytics and AI with technical buyers. LATAM Contractor – Agile Data Business Analyst
