Chief Financial Officer

Role Description As our CFO, you will be the strategic financial partner to our CEO and Exec team. This is not a back-office finance role. You will shape how we grow, where we invest, how we manage risk, and how we turn financial discipline into competitive advantage as we scale from a high-growth consultancy into a global data and AI leader. You will own the full breadth of strategic finance: - Enterprise risk and governance - Capital and cash strategy - Funding, transformation, and value creation You will inherit a small, capable finance team of two who have built strong foundations for the function. Your job is to lead them, grow the team thoughtfully as the business scales, and turn finance into a strategic engine for the company. Close partnership with our COO will be central to this role.
