• Administer, maintain, and support ACF Linux server environments, including Amazon Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) • Build, configure, and maintain custom Linux images/AMIs for standardized deployment across environments • Perform system patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management to maintain security and compliance • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive maintenance to ensure high availability • Automate system administration tasks using scripting tools (Bash, Python, Ansible) • Manage system security configurations, hardening, and compliance with federal standards (NIST, FISMA, STIGs) • Support vulnerability remediation efforts across Linux server environments • Collaborate with DevOps, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to support deployments and system integrations • Maintain documentation for server configurations, custom images, and standard operating procedures • Partner with Program Management to support contract deliverables and reporting requirements

• Identify and document future self-service requirements for the existing ServiceNow HR platform in alignment with HHS operational priorities • Provide working knowledge and advisory guidance on the process for enhancing ServiceNow-based self-service functionality • Consult the Government on maintaining self-service operations and continuity during any parallel HCM migration activities • Support business process analysis and gap assessments tied to ServiceNow HR module capabilities • Assist in planning and executing the migration from a ServiceNow-based self-service environment to Oracle’s HR self-service platform • Act as a consultant to sustain self-service operations while functionality is transitioned from ServiceNow to Oracle • Articulate key architectural and functional differences between the two platforms to inform Government decision-making • Support user readiness, workflow mapping, and stakeholder communication throughout the migration lifecycle • Serve as a SME resource for HHS on HCM self-service platform strategy and operations • Collaborate with government stakeholders, program managers, and technical teams to align platform capabilities with HR business needs • Produce clear, accessible documentation including process flows, gap analyses, requirements summaries, and transition plans • Participate in working groups, stakeholder briefings, and review sessions as needed

• Perform database upgrades, version migrations, and patch management for SQL Server and PostgreSQL across development, test, and production environments • Plan and execute database deployments, including schema changes, releases, and configuration updates • Monitor database performance, tuning queries, indexes, and configurations to optimize efficiency across both platforms • Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability • Implement and maintain database security controls, access management, and audit logging in line with federal compliance requirements (NIST, FISMA) • Troubleshoot and resolve database incidents, working closely with infrastructure and application teams • Support vulnerability remediation and compliance scanning related to database environments • Maintain documentation for database configurations, standard operating procedures, and change records • Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support CI/CD integration for database changes • Partner with Program Management to support contract deliverables and reporting requirements

• Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows using low-code/no-code tools (Flow Designer, App Engine Studio) • Support ongoing platform maturity initiatives, including process standardization, module optimization, and best-practice implementation • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs • Assist with ServiceNow administration tasks, including user/role management, ACLs, and instance configuration • Support update set management and application deployment across ServiceNow environments • Troubleshoot workflow and platform issues, escalating complex problems as needed • Collaborate with senior engineers and cybersecurity teams to align development work with federal security and compliance requirements (NIST, FISMA) • Document workflows, configurations, and platform changes to support knowledge sharing and contract deliverables • Contribute to platform enhancement roadmaps aimed at improving ServiceNow maturity and adoption

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platform deployments • Administer, configure, and optimize SharePoint Online/On-Premises environments, including site architecture, permissions, and workflow automation • Develop and manage Azure infrastructure components (App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure AD, storage, networking) supporting platform operations • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support operational visibility and contract deliverables • Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to ensure DevOps practices align with federal security and compliance requirements (NIST, FISMA, etc.) • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using scripting/IaC tools (PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, Terraform, etc.) • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive maintenance strategies across SharePoint and Azure environments • Partner with Program Management and technical leads to support contract deliverables, documentation, and reporting requirements • Support integration between SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure services to streamline business processes

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations using low-code/no-code tools (Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, Workflow Studio) • Administer the ServiceNow platform, including instance configuration, user/role management, ACLs, and module setup • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow application development and deployment (update sets, application scopes, source control integration) • Develop and manage REST/SOAP API integrations connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise systems • Support ITSM, ITOM, and/or SecOps module configuration and enhancement, as applicable to contract requirements • Automate platform operations and reporting to improve system reliability, security posture, and operational visibility • Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to align ServiceNow development with federal security and compliance requirements (NIST, FISMA) • Troubleshoot platform issues, manage upgrades/patches, and maintain instance health and performance • Partner with Program Management and technical leads to support contract deliverables and documentation

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to support application and infrastructure deployment • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation, Ansible, and related tooling • Architect and support cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments • Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized workloads on Amazon EKS • Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve deployment speed, reliability, and consistency • Manage patch management processes across infrastructure and application environments • Support vulnerability management activities, including scanning, remediation tracking, and reporting • Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to align DevOps practices with federal security and compliance requirements (NIST, FISMA) • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure, pipeline, and deployment issues • Partner with Program Management and technical leads to support contract deliverables and documentation

• Assess and inventory existing legacy data in application data stores, shared folders and shared drives. • Assess the quality, completeness, and relevance of data to be migrated. • Identify and document data dependencies, redundancies, and inconsistencies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data structures, relationships, and required formats for successful migration. • Develop a comprehensive data migration plan that outlines steps, timelines, and resource requirements for the migration process. • Identify potential challenges and propose solutions to mitigate risks associated with data migration. • Interpret legacy APIs and other system integrations, and define mapping between systems. • Plan for thorough testing of the migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and successful integration. • Recommend validation reports and the process to document any discrepancies and work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues. • Collaborate with software engineers, database administrators, and development teams to ensure compatibility and alignment with the overall architecture. • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders to provide updates on migration planning progress and gather feedback. • Create and maintain technical documentation related to planned data migration processes, procedures, and system configurations. • Specify reports on migration progress, data quality metrics, and issue resolution.
