• Administer, maintain, and support ACF Linux server environments, including Amazon Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) • Build, configure, and maintain custom Linux images/AMIs for standardized deployment across environments • Perform system patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management to maintain security and compliance • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive maintenance to ensure high availability • Automate system administration tasks using scripting tools (Bash, Python, Ansible) • Manage system security configurations, hardening, and compliance with federal standards (NIST, FISMA, STIGs) • Support vulnerability remediation efforts across Linux server environments • Collaborate with DevOps, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to support deployments and system integrations • Maintain documentation for server configurations, custom images, and standard operating procedures • Partner with Program Management to support contract deliverables and reporting requirements

• Build the infrastructure we require to run our production applications, as well as working on the applications themselves • Holistic performance tuning and reliability engineering — treating failure as an inevitability not an edge case • Security analysis — including network, OS and code techniques • Instrument our stack using a combination of metrics, traces and logs • Participate in on-call rotas to support the plant operationally

• Own the day-to-day administration of our Microsoft 365 environment and core identity infrastructure. • Contribute to the helpdesk team — owning a meaningful share of the incoming IT ticket queue alongside your teammates. • Serve as the senior technical resource who handles the most complex escalations and helps raise the team’s overall capability. • Work closely with the Director of Corporate IT on strategic initiatives including SSO and SaaS application governance, identity and access management, endpoint security, and compliance readiness. • Systematically onboard our SaaS portfolio to SSO via Entra ID and build the automation that makes access provisioning reliable and auditable. • Administer and mature our MDM platform (Intune) for Windows devices, ensuring device compliance, configuration, and security baselines. • Develop and maintain configuration profiles, compliance policies, and device health reporting. • Carry an active share of the IT helpdesk ticket queue while serving as the go-to escalation point for the most complex cases and coaching teammates through them.

• Design and implement LLM systems tailored to the needs of athletes and coaches. • Optimize retrieval-augmented generation processes to improve the quality and relevance of AI-generated content. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies and ensure alignment with business goals. • Conduct research on cutting-edge AI methodologies and integrate them into existing systems. • Monitor and evaluate system performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. • Mentor junior team members and help cultivate a culture of innovation within the department. • Document system architecture, processes, and best practices for future reference and team knowledge sharing.
