• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to support application and infrastructure deployment • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation, Ansible, and related tooling • Architect and support cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments • Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized workloads on Amazon EKS • Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve deployment speed, reliability, and consistency • Manage patch management processes across infrastructure and application environments • Support vulnerability management activities, including scanning, remediation tracking, and reporting • Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to align DevOps practices with federal security and compliance requirements (NIST, FISMA) • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure, pipeline, and deployment issues • Partner with Program Management and technical leads to support contract deliverables and documentation

• Design, maintain, and continuously improve scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure • Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, safe, and predictable releases • Drive infrastructure automation and infrastructure-as-code practices across both legacy and modern environments • Lead reliability initiatives to reduce downtime and improve system resilience • Design and troubleshoot complex networking setups across hybrid environments • Establish observability standards (monitoring, logging, alerting) for proactive operations • Strengthen platform security through preventative controls and infrastructure hardening • Guide cloud strategy, cost optimization, and capacity planning • Improve disaster recovery and business continuity frameworks • Lead root-cause analysis for complex infrastructure incidents • Mentor engineers and promote DevOps culture and operational excellence • Document systems and create operational playbooks

• Own and evolve Hupo's AWS infrastructure — ECS Fargate, VPCs, IAM, RDS, PrivateLink, API Gateway, and more • Design and enforce AWS account organisation strategy — multi-account structures, AWS Organizations, SCPs, and landing zone patterns • Build and maintain multi-tenant deployment pipelines using a TACOS system (Terraform Automation and Collaboration), with per-client workspace and state isolation • Lead AWS networking design — VPC architecture, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, NLB, and Private API Gateway for enterprise client integrations • Drive security and compliance posture for BFSI clients — SOC 2, ISO 27001, and enterprise security due diligence • Design and operate IAM Identity Center, cross-account role strategies, and external ID patterns for customer-deployed stacks • Manage GitHub Actions workflows for CI/CD across multiple environments and services • Lead infrastructure design decisions and produce ADRs, runbooks, and documentation • Mentor mid and junior engineers on the team

• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform — ECS Fargate, VPCs, RDS, S3, IAM, and related services • Manage and improve GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments • Work within our IaC orchestration (TACOS) system for multi-tenant deployments • Support AWS networking — VPC design, security groups, Route 53, PrivateLink basics • Help maintain security controls — IAM policies, logging, alerting, access reviews • Contribute to compliance evidence gathering for SOC 2 / ISO 27001 • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across ECS, networking, DNS, and security • Write and maintain runbooks and documentation
