Role Description The Integration Engineer (Forward Deployed Engineer) is a first-class builder who ships production code into Hatch's core codebase, internal tooling, and the integration layer that connects Hatch's products to client systems. The primary focus is Hatch's Voice AI product. "Forward deployed" describes where you work: embedded alongside our most strategic clients to understand their problems firsthand, identify where a client implementation problem points to a change in Hatch's core code, and ship improvements that make Hatch's voice product better for everyone. This is a code-level, hands-on role sitting close to customers. You partner directly with Product to work through implementations for Hatch's most strategic clients, translate what you learn into core product changes, and push those changes into production. You'll be deep in the build, held to production-grade standards, and given a genuine seat at the R&D table. This opportunity requires you to be located in the United States. We’d love to have you apply, even if you don’t feel you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Hatch, we’re looking for great people, not just those who simply check off all the boxes. Qualifications - 1-4 years of software engineering experience, with hands-on experience building or working with Voice AI systems. Consulting or client-facing experience is a plus. - Comfortable in Python and/or Elixir, with Go in scope and experience using and building on existing automation tooling, both internal and external (e.g., n8n), alongside core languages. - Proven ability to navigate a broad technology ecosystem and comprehensive developer documentation. - Great communication skills with business and technical audiences. - Hold yourself to a high bar. - Experience with the modern voice AI stack is a plus: real-time voice agents, telephony, text-to-speech and voice quality, LLM orchestration, and CRM/booking integrations. Requirements - Partner directly with sales execution to scope complex integration projects. - Ship production-quality code. - Use and extend Hatch's existing tools and automation services. - Own technically complex onboardings end-to-end. - QA and test all implementations before go-live. - Move fast and push fixes. - Work alongside Product to turn implementation learnings into the product. - Act as a primary technical consultant for our clients. Benefits - Full responsibility for projects from day one, a collaborative team, and a dynamic work environment. - This opportunity has the option to be fully remote in all locations across the US. - Effective your first day: Full medical, vision, and dental. - Mental health support and services via Modern Health. - 15 days PTO (accrual begins on date of hire and increases with 2+ years of tenure thereafter), 12 paid holidays, plus one floating holiday. - Up to 14 weeks of parental leave. - Monthly wellness stipend. - 401(k) retirement savings plan. - Employee stock purchase plan. - Professional development reimbursement. - Work from home reimbursement. Company Description - Shape the future of AI-driven customer service. - Build alongside founders and leaders who value speed, ownership, and ambition. - Solve challenging problems and see the impact on real businesses and customers. - Join a team of builders who care about great engineering, fast execution, and each other.

Role Description We're hiring for a Logistics Specialist who will transform our existing distribution processes into repeatable flows that scale alongside our rapidly growing business. If you're a systems thinker who's genuinely obsessed with continuous improvement, this role is for you. This role has a heavy emphasis on supporting retail operations, but will also be tasked with supporting broader omni-channel operations. Success in this role isn't just executing the job, it's identifying and executing on opportunities to improve the underlying processes, translating to faster lead times and lower cost to serve. This role sits at the intersection of logistics, sales operations, and project management. Candidates with strong project management or technical backgrounds but limited logistics experience are encouraged to apply. What You’ll Do - Within 1 month: - Support wholesale order management for retail partners in collaboration with the internal operations team and 3PL to ensure prompt delivery. - Use data from inventory planning, sourcing, and logistics to make informed decisions based on inventory timing and availability. - Facilitate the quote-to-fulfillment process for one-time bulk purchase requests and recurring orders from boutique retailers. - Execute internal shipping requests in support of marketing initiatives. - Provide backup support for on-time shipping and order issue resolution across Shopify and our partner warehouse portal. - Track and clearly communicate order and inventory statuses across internal teams and vendor partners. - Within 3 months: - Participate in 3PL vendor management: attending regular meetings, escalating SLA deviations, resolving order discrepancies, and seeking credit for performance-related retail chargebacks. - Partner with accounting and channel management teams to review and dispute retail remittance deductions for non-compliance and unpaid invoices. - Manage retailer onboarding, ensuring compliance with retail requirements across internal teams and service providers. - Support the marketing team in executing channel marketing strategy for retail partners. - After 6 months: - Surface ordering trends that impact future inventory availability to channel management and inventory planning teams. - Track and report on KPIs for retail partners, including order lead time, OTIF and non-compliance deductions. - Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at automating or simplifying manual workflows, leveraging AI tools and systems thinking to drive operational gains across omni-channel logistics. - Establish and maintain EDI integrations with new retail partners and between Hatch and third-party warehouse systems. - Drive or play a key role in cross-functional initiatives spanning internal teams and external partners. Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience in logistics or sales operations within CPG (consumer electronics, food & beverage, health & beauty or similar). - Experience managing technical projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders. - Familiarity with API, EDI, and iPaaS concepts, with hands-on experience deploying and managing integrations through platforms and in collaboration with internal and third-party developers. - Self-motivated systems thinker, able to reimagine and improve systems and processes. - Intermediate Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, data joins, and data transformation; comfortable learning and applying new formulas as needed. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Familiarity with warehouse order management processes. - Resourceful and collaborative by nature — you find solutions where others see blockers. - Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with the ability to meet strict deadlines. - Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to display empathy, understanding and patience with employees and external customers. - AI-adoptive: You see AI as a superpower, not a threat. - Builder mentality: You thrive in Series B chaos—building the plane while flying it. Requirements - Experience with EDI, warehouse operations, shipping operations, and inventory management. - Experience with Retail Sales Operations (Target, Amazon, and/or other offline/online sales channels). - Experience disputing retail chargebacks and managing AP inquiries through vendor portals. - Experience with Netsuite or ERPs a strong plus. - Experience managing orders and shipment settings in ecommerce platforms (particularly Shopify). Benefits - 100% paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees (80% for dependents, including domestic partners). - Meaningful equity — you’re an owner here. - 401(k) match (no vesting schedule!). - 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave. - 16 free therapy sessions (for you + one other adult in your life). - Financial support for family planning. - Remote office + monthly internet reimbursement. - Friends & family discounts on Hatch products. - Exclusive discounts on travel, entertainment, and top retail brands. - And so many more spontaneous perks!

• Partner directly with sales execution to scope complex integration projects. You will navigate the gap between a client's business objectives and what their technology ecosystem actually supports by diving deep into comprehensive developer documentation. • Build custom n8n flows, direct API integrations, webhook endpoints, and middleware configurations for accounts that fall outside standard templates. You must be comfortable adapting to a broad ecosystem of technology where no two implementations will be exactly the same. • Own technically complex onboardings end-to-end: CRMs with no Hatch connector, multi-system orchestrations, custom business logic, event-based triggers, and anything requiring code • QA and test all implementations before go-live; own monitoring and iteration post-launch. Monitor what you ship and know when something you built breaks or degrades before the customer does • Define and enforce best practices across enterprise SaaS implementations. Create reusable architecture patterns and templates for common use cases so the team isn't solving the same problem twice • Act as the field-side voice for R&D. Identify recurring custom integration requests and surface reproducible patterns to Product with a strong POV on what should be built natively • Act as a primary technical consultant for our clients. This includes conducting onsite visits to understand their business needs, present architectural solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
