Senior Accountant Overview This role will be a key contributor to the finance team, responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, revenue recognition under ASC 606, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience, including time in public accounting, and is comfortable operating in a dynamic startup environment where processes are still being built. You will work directly with dental practices, DSOs, distributors, vendors, labs, and key opinion leaders to develop relationships, open doors, advance deals, and drive commercial growth. While this role includes leadership responsibility across sales processes, partnership development, pipeline management, and eventual team buildout, the primary expectation is that this person is a strong individual contributor who can personally generate, manage, and close meaningful business.
