Role Description We're scaling our school and parish partnerships team and looking for a driven SDR to build the top of our sales funnel - prospecting, outreaching, and starting the conversations that grow communities of prayer across the country and world. What You'll Do - Build a Pipeline of Potential Schools & Parish Partners: Your primary responsibility will be finding potential partners and starting the conversation around how we can support them. - Prospecting: You’ll do research to find teachers, principals, pastors, and parish staff that may be interested in bringing Hallow to their communities through a mix of list building, driving referral inquiries, and co-marketing partnerships. - Cold Outreach: You’ll reach out to 75-100 new potential partners a day, sharing the mission of the Hallow for Schools and Hallow for Parishes program. - Create Inbound Interest: In partnership with the GTM team, you will support campaigns and content that generate inbound interest, help potential partners understand Hallow’s value as a leading tool for teaching the faith and supporting communities of prayer, and guide qualified organizations toward partnership opportunities. - Help Improve Our Sales Process: You will play a critical role in testing different tactical approaches to lead generation and helping us refine both our ideal customer profile and improve our sales cycle efficiency. Compensation Range - $40,000 to $60,000 USD per year (base salary) - $65,000 to $85,000 USD per year (on-target earnings) The above ranges reflect estimated annual cash compensation. Actual earnings may vary depending on performance against specific goals and role expectations.
