Project Manager

• Lead the successful execution of customer implementation and enhancement projects from initiation through delivery. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinate cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success—to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables. • Act as a key point of contact for customer stakeholders, providing proactive communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and resolve when needed. • Track project performance against goals and deliver regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders. • Orchestrate UAT, performance testing, and readiness reviews; ensure defects are prioritized and resolved to exit criteria. • Drive change management: training plans, stakeholder communications, SOP updates, and post‑go‑live hypercare. • Manage contracts/SOWs, baselines, and change requests; track burn, invoicing milestones, and margin. • Identify and mitigate delivery risks and cross‑program dependencies; escalate with options and recommendations. • Apply project management methodologies and best practices to drive process efficiency and consistency across the CX organization.
Technical Solution Analyst

• Understand each customer’s workflows, KPIs, and constraints. • Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements. • Distinguish between regulatory requirements, customer must-haves, and nice-to-haves. • Develop a detailed knowledge of our product to map requirements to existing features, upcoming roadmap items, and needed customizations. • Explain the value of solutions in terms of data quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. • Define how GridUnity and customer systems exchange data. • Map fields, identify transformations, and validate data. • Guide configuration of GridUnity products and ensure customer IT environments are ready. • Partner with Project Managers and the CX team to plan and run User Acceptance Testing. • Track issues, support defect triage, and manage readiness checklists. • Coordinate cutover activities with customers and internal teams. • Work with BAs to document requirements and compare them to market best practices and product capabilities. • Create clear source-to-target data mappings, confirm data ownership and quality rules, and review historical data to reduce risk. • Identify future integration opportunities. • Contribute to Statements of Work and scoping workshops. • Act as the technical liaison during sales and early project phases. • Support or deliver product demos and training. Ensure clean handoffs to customer administrators and support teams.
Lead Product Analyst, Regulatory & Markets

• Own and maintain GridUnity’s Market Map as a strategic product decision tool, providing a clear, structured view of the interconnection and planning ecosystem, including competitive positioning, market structure, ecosystem dynamics, and emerging risks. • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence on key players, adjacent solutions, and new entrants, including capabilities, positioning, and potential impact on GridUnity strategy. • Identify competitive threats, whitespace opportunities, and structural market shifts that inform product direction and differentiation. • Integrate outputs from competitive intelligence, regulatory monitoring, tariff analysis, Market Radar, and Voice of Customer activities into decision-ready insights for executive leadership. • Lead development of market, competitive, customer, and regulatory implication briefs, translating signals into clear product, positioning, and capability implications. • Ensure insight quality, consistency, and relevance across the Product Strategy Library, with a focus on decision usability and strategic clarity. • Serve as Product Enablement’s primary partner in roadmap and strategy discussions, providing market, competitive, partner, and regulatory context, framing, and informed judgment. • Provide market, competitive, and regulatory perspective to the Product Alignment Council, Product Lifecycle Council, and other leadership forums. • Collaborate with Product, Customer Experience, and Sales to ensure insights are embedded into planning, rollout, and adoption strategies. • Provide functional leadership across insight activities, setting priorities, standards, and synthesis approaches, including competitive intelligence and market analysis frameworks. • Partner closely with analysts and subject matter experts cross-functionally to guide work without formal line management. • Support evolution of Enablement processes to ensure scalability and long-term value, particularly in market intelligence and decision-support infrastructure.

• Own the definition and evolution of the user experience across GridUnity’s platform, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency across technologies, features, workflows, and shared platform patterns. • Establish and maintain UX patterns, interaction models, and design standards that support product scalability and reuse and development speed. • Serve as the primary steward of UX standards and best practices, enabling consistent, high-quality experiences across teams and product areas. • Define and track UX success metrics, using qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate experience quality and inform continuous improvement. • Communicate UX insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership to inform product decisions. • Partner with Product Owners to translate product strategy, roadmap priorities, and requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. • Collaborate with the Insights team to incorporate market, regulatory, and Voice of Customer insights into experience design. • Plan and conduct user research (e.g., interviews, workflow walkthroughs, usability testing) to validate assumptions and uncover UX risks and opportunities, with an emphasis on real-world workflows, edge cases, and operational constraints. • Work closely with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, well understood, and faithfully implemented, including consideration of edge cases, error states, data availability, permissions, and system constraints.
