• Lead the successful execution of customer implementation and enhancement projects from initiation through delivery. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinate cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success—to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables. • Act as a key point of contact for customer stakeholders, providing proactive communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and resolve when needed. • Track project performance against goals and deliver regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders. • Orchestrate UAT, performance testing, and readiness reviews; ensure defects are prioritized and resolved to exit criteria. • Drive change management: training plans, stakeholder communications, SOP updates, and post‑go‑live hypercare. • Manage contracts/SOWs, baselines, and change requests; track burn, invoicing milestones, and margin. • Identify and mitigate delivery risks and cross‑program dependencies; escalate with options and recommendations. • Apply project management methodologies and best practices to drive process efficiency and consistency across the CX organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- A few years of project management experience in delivering enterprise SaaS implementations (ideally in the energy or utility sector)
- Analytical problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with interconnection processes and terminology (e.g., queue management, system impact/facilities studies, DER integration, distribution load connection)
- Proficiency with project tools: Jira/Confluence (or equivalents), MS Project/Smartsheet, Google Workspace, and collaboration suites
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive and technical audiences
- Ability to translate complex policy/engineering requirements into actionable plans; bias for structured problem-solving and documentation
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results on time and within scope

**Summary of the Role:** The Project Manager will manage projects that are aimed at delivering M-Files solutions to customers. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Deliver customer projects on schedule and with high customer satisfaction and quality, while ensuring the defined budget and work effort objectives are met.
