If so, we are looking for a Benefits Specialist to join our team. This position is remote and supports employees in the Eastern and Central time zones. Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, the Benefits Specialist supports the administration, coordination, and delivery of all retirement, health, welfare, life, and disability programs for Beacon Mobility and its operating companies. This role works closely with benefit vendors, HR, Payroll, IT, and internal partners to ensure benefit programs are administered accurately, compliantly, and with a high level of customer service.
