Communications Senior Manager

Beacon Mobility Corp. The Communications Senior Manager helps manage the company’s communication strategy. This position promotes all aspects of the communication strategy and works with all departments to help brand and roll out communication on a recurrent basis as well as when needed. Ensure the most up to date information is available at all levels of the company.Managing the work of other communications professionals as well as working with other senior leaders to ensure the most up to date information is available at all levels of the company are of paramount importance to the success of the Communications Senior Manager.Key Responsibilities Internal Communications · Develop and implement strategies to inform and engage employees across multiple channels (email, intranet, town halls, newsletters, digital signage). · Write clear, concise messages aligned with company priorities and culture. · Partner with leadership to support organizational updates and initiatives. · Use digital tools to improve message delivery and track engagement. External Communications · Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, pitching stories, and responding to inquiries. · Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. · Oversee crisis communication plans and reputation management efforts. Content Development · Write, edit, and proofread materials in accordance with company style guidelines. · Create content for digital platforms, presentations, and marketing materials. · Ensure consistency of messaging across all channels. · Use content tools and platforms to streamline development and distribution. Strategic Planning · Develop communication plans aligned with business goals. · Track communication effectiveness using basic metrics and adjust as needed. · Stay current on communication trends and tools. Technology and AI · Use AI-assisted tools to support content drafting, editing, and workflow efficiency. · Leverage communication platforms (intranet, email tools, collaboration tools) to reach employees effectively. · Apply basic analytics to measure engagement and improve communication strategies. · Identify simple technology solutions to improve communication processes. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. · 5+ years of experience in corporate communications · Experience using AI or digital tools for content creation or communication support. · Proven ability to manage internal and external communications programs. · Strong writing and editing skills · Experience in media relations, including proactive pitching and crisis management. · Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills · Experience supporting cross-functional communication efforts. · Strong organizational and project management skills. · Familiarity with communication platforms and basic analytics tools.
