ERP IT Program Manager

Global Channel Management, Inc.

• Responsible for driving execution discipline, coordinating cross-functional activities, managing dependencies, maintaining governance processes, and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into program progress, risks, issues, and decisions • Serve as a trusted partner to business and functional leaders while ensuring delivery against critical transformation milestones • Lead recurring project status meetings and document outcomes • Provide concise executive-level reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and resource needs • Develop and distribute project communications to stakeholders • Ensure transparency and alignment through consistent communication and reporting practices

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience
  • Demonstrated success supporting complex business transformation initiatives
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong experience operating within structured project governance frameworks
  • Finance Transformation programs
  • ERP implementation or ERP readiness initiatives
  • Master Data Governance (MDG) programs
  • Organizational Change Management initiatives
  • Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industries
  • PMO, program governance, or executive reporting functions
