What Performance Looks Like Within your first 3 months you will analyze and assess customer needs around our products and translate those into roadmap and business requirements for our UX and engineering team. You’ll have a deep understanding of our current web and mobile platforms and roadmap. You will interact with our customers and will lead efforts to ensure customer experience remains the best in the industry. Qualifications - Experience leading development teams building native web applications including taking at least one product from concept-to-launch successfully. - Proven success leading end-to-end product development in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment. - Strong user empathy with a passion for field-focused design and a deep understanding of UX best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across teams. - AI-forward product manager who has utilized tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Replit, V0, or similar to help accelerate product development. - Experience with common tools like Figma, Sketch, Azure Dev Ops, Notion, Jira, Mixpanel, and Pendo, and similar platforms. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and a data-informed mindset. - Bonus: Experience in vertical SaaS or field service software. Role Description We're looking for an experienced content marketer to cover a 12-month maternity leave starting June 1, 2026. This is a full-time, fully remote contract role at 40 hours per week and we are looking to pay around $120,000 CAD/$90,000 USD. Working hours are in Eastern or Central time.
