Job Requirements
- An ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and warmth
- Proven background in delivering top-tier customer and technical support
- Understanding of billing workflows, reconciliation, accounting, and/or tools like QuickBooks Online (a major plus!)
- A talent for juggling priorities while staying cool under pressure
- A tech-savvy mindset with a passion for mastering and teaching new digital tools
- Readiness to support our pros Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CDT
