Role specifics: Sales Execution - 100% of your leads are inbound–either through marketing channels (demo request, cart abandon, etc) or sourced and booked by a BDR - Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal, with average deal sizes ranging from $2,000 to $25,000 annually - Conduct product demonstrations showcasing how Skimmer's features solve specific pain points for pool service businesses - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects while achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets - Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals with pool service company owners and decision-makers Requirements - Full-cycle (qualifying to closing) B2B SaaS sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas - Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus) and sales enablement tools - Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts - Self-motivated with excellent time management, listening, and organizational skills Nice to Haves - Previous experience selling vertical SaaS products to service-based businesses or field service management software - Knowledge of the pool service industry or related home service businesses - Experience selling subscription-based SaaS platforms with billing modules - Successful track record managing deals with 1-3 month sales cycles - Familiarity with route optimization, scheduling, or service management software - Bilingual (English & Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply Benefits - Competitive base pay + bonus potential - Generous medical, dental, and vision plans (we pay 100% of your premium and 50% of your dependents’) - Fantastic culture with a very strong eNPS- we work hard, celebrate wins, and learn as we go to always be improving to benefit our customers. - Immediate access to 401(k) with company match - Flexible PTO (MINIMUM of 10 days required every year) - 12 weeks paid parental leave for birthing parent, 6 weeks paid leave for supporting partner - Remote work friendly - Comprehensive learning and development budget - A manager dedicated to your development At Skimmer we are deeply committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace (it’s in our values). About the job The Retail Sales Division is looking for a Sr. Account Executive to support and grow SAS’ footprint with Retail customers on the West Coast.
