About The RoleAs a Enterprise Account Executive, you'll set the stage for how legal teams of the future work. Your impact will be direct and measurable. The best part? The product sells easily because it's exceptionally good legal AI. We have clear, deep product market fit as customers want our product. We currently have more inbound leads than our CEO can handle so we need an AE who is exceptionally organized, can qualify prospects, schedule demos, manage trials, get through security questionnaires and procurement, and can close deals in record time. When you do this job right, you'll drive the adoption of AI in legal teams globally. What You'll Do - Assess and prioritize inbound leads to determine their potential to become customers - Respond quickly to qualified leads to book meetings with them - Initiate the discovery process over email to prepare for meetings - Prepare a summary ahead of each meeting to ensure it is as productive as possible - Partner with the founder during meetings to identify action items and next steps and learn the pitch - Follow up quickly after meetings with quotes and contracts and stay on top of them until signed - Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Hubspot - Continuously identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency. Required Experience - 3-6 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years closing upper mid-market/enterprise deals - Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling emails - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously - Keen attention to detail - Experience selling to legal, HR, finance, or related departments of tech companies - Demonstrated smarts - either in school, in a side hustle, or some other way you've shown you learn quickly, deeply, and well - Track record of success in sales Nice To Have - You have experience in legal tech or have previously sold technology solutions to legal professionals. - You use AI in business yourself and/or are AI native yourself (you use Fathom, Gong, or other AI tools) - Familiar with compliance-related aspects of selling software, like SOC II, vendor qualification, and other items that need to be completed to get to launch/close.
