Role Description FutureSight is seeking an experienced, visionary entrepreneur to co-found its next B2B AI venture with us. This is a co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity, not a salaried executive role. This opportunity is open to repeat entrepreneurs who may already have an early-stage idea they're exploring, or who want to partner with FutureSight to validate, shape, and launch a new venture together. You will work alongside our team to: - Test and refine ideas - Kill the ones that don't hold up - Lead the one that does from inception through fundraising and beyond This is a full-time, exclusive commitment to building and owning a single B2B AI venture from the ground up. Role Description - Act as the principal person in charge of the Ombudsman (Ouvidoria) channel in Brazil. - Operate and maintain the official Ombudsman email and Ombudsman phone line (0800), ensuring service standards required by the Brazilian Central Bank. - Receive, register, instruct, analyze and provide formal and adequate treatment to all demands received through the Ombudsman channel, creating and keeping the minimum mandatory records. - Comply with regulatory response deadlines. - Prepare the semiannual qualitative and quantitative Ombudsman report. - Provide support to the Brazilian team on all Central Bank mandatory matters related to the Ombudsman channel, acting as the technical and operational reference for the function and liaising with Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit and SAC. - Manage the Reclame Aqui channel, responding to complaints within SLA and keeping the company's score above 8.0. - Ensure frontline operations are smooth within the ombudsman channels (email + telephone), including flagging out any necessary discrepancy or situational risk to management on time. - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for client inquiries, focusing on trade-related issues and investigating trade-related concerns effectively. - Demonstrate proficiency in all the company's products, utilizing trading knowledge to provide expert-level support and guidance. - Ensure efficient and excellent customer service experience is provided. - Diligently and effectively manage and follow up on inquiries/complaints of current/prospective clients, with particular attention to on/off-ramp issues in Brazil (Pix, BRL deposits/withdrawals, fiat-crypto conversions and local PSP integrations). - Continuously seek improvement to enhance team's performance and work efficiency, including overall work process. - Possess a strong ability to understand what customers truly need and convert it to constructive feedback and suitable solutions for management. Role Description Au sein de la sous-direction santé environnement, le bureau des produits chimiques (BPC) est chef de file sur de nombreuses réglementations européennes sur les produits chimiques (règlement REACH, biocides, gaz à effet de serre...) mais aussi sur des conventions internationales (convention de Stockholm, convention de Minamata...). Il pilote l'élaboration, la mise en oeuvre et le contrôle des réglementations sur la production, l'utilisation et la mise sur le marché des substances chimiques. Au sein du bureau, vous serez chargé.e des processus d'enregistrement et d'évaluation des substances chimiques prévus dans le règlement européen REACH. Ces processus clés applicables à toutes les substances chimiques mises sur le marché européen, permettent aux autorités : - D'appliquer le principe « pas de données, pas de marché » ; - D'évaluer si des mesures de gestion des risques sont nécessaires pour protéger l'environnement et la santé. Vous serez également référent.e au sein du bureau sur le règlement européen concernant la classification, l'étiquetage et l'emballage des substances et mélanges (règlement CLP), et travaillerez en binôme avec la direction générale du travail, pilote de cette réglementation.
