• Develop and evolve the enterprise AI strategy, standards, governance frameworks, and usage policies to enable responsible, secure, and scalable adoption of AI technologies. • Partner with business leaders across Design, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and other functions to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value AI and automation opportunities. • Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and lifecycle management of AI platforms, tools, and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise technology standards. • Drive the delivery of AI and automation solutions from concept through production, leading cross-functional teams to solve business problems and deliver measurable value. • Establish repeatable implementation patterns, reusable templates, best practices, and accelerators that enable rapid and consistent AI adoption across the enterprise. • Collaborate with enterprise application, data, infrastructure, and security teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing business processes, systems, and workflows. • Ensure AI and automation solutions comply with enterprise security, privacy, data governance, legal, regulatory, and responsible AI requirements. • Measure adoption, business impact, and operational effectiveness of AI initiatives, continuously refining priorities and approaches based on outcomes and feedback. • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders, helping stakeholders understand AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and appropriate use cases. • Mentor technical staff and help build organizational AI capabilities through coaching, knowledge sharing, and development of internal best practices.

• Review product information, technical drawings, bills of material, and specifications to determine and assign accurate HTS/HTSUS classifications for imports and Schedule B codes for exports. • Determine and maintain Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) and related export control jurisdiction where applicable. • Classify products early in the development and item setup process and prioritize transactions requiring classification to ensure on-time delivery and compliance. • Design and maintain a standardized classification decision framework for commonly imported items to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in tariff determinations. • Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure timely updates to the parts database, adherence to classification standards, and identify inconsistencies in product classification; research and file corrections promptly to maintain compliance. • Develop and document defendable classification rationales, including notes, GRIs, Explanatory Notes, CROSS rulings, and internal precedents. • Maintain and continuously improve the product classification database within the company’s ERP and/or Global Trade Management (GTM) system. • Support country-of-origin and preferential origin determinations (e.g., USMCA and other FTAs) based on bills of material and manufacturing processes. • Partner with Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering, and Product Management to obtain complete and accurate technical data necessary to classify new and existing products. • Assist with internal audits, CF28/CF29 responses, and other inquiries from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and foreign customs authorities related to classification. • Monitor relevant changes in the Harmonized System, HTSUS, and classification rulings; update internal classifications and procedures accordingly. • Contribute to training materials and deliver training to internal stakeholders on classification fundamentals and data requirements.

• The Senior Technical Accountant reports to the Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting and is responsible for supporting accounting and financial reporting for complex and non-routine transactions. • This role leads technical accounting research, develops well-supported accounting positions, and ensures consistent application of U.S. GAAP across the organization. • This position partners cross-functionally to assess accounting implications, influence business decisions, and maintain robust accounting policies and internal controls in a fast-paced public company environment. • Research, interpret, and apply U.S. GAAP to complex and non-routine transactions. • Develop, document, and defend accounting conclusions with clear technical support. • Execute and support accounting for areas such as Purchase accounting, Intangible assets and amortization, Investments, Hedging activities, Goodwill and other technical accounting matters. • Prepare analyses, documentation, and journal entries, as applicable. • Develop, update, and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistent application of GAAP. • Promote standardization and scalability across accounting processes. • Monitor emerging accounting standards and regulatory developments. Lead impact assessments and coordinate implementation efforts with stakeholders. • Draft clear, comprehensive technical accounting memoranda and supporting documentation for audit and internal purposes. • Lead all cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and cost of goods sold (COGS) reporting. • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes related to manufacturing costs. • Ensure accuracy of inventory accounting, including reserves, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes. • Analyze manufacturing variances (labor, overhead, scrap, yield) and provide actionable insights to business leaders. • Support product costing, new product introductions (NPI), and ongoing cost improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal controls (SOX), and corporate accounting policies. • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve cost performance and operational efficiency. • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support capacity decisions, capital investments, and process improvements. • Drive standard cost updates and review cost assumptions with site leadership. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. • Identify and implement process improvements in cost accounting workflows and reporting. • Maintain and enhance ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) related to cost accounting. • Develop reporting tools and dashboards to improve transparency of manufacturing costs. • Standardize processes across sites where applicable. • Manage, develop, and lead a team of cost accountants (typically 3–8 employees).
