Client Relationship Manager – Education

• Drive Revenue by building long term relationships with senior and operational stakeholders, understanding their strategies and goals. • Perform Onboarding, Marketing, Training, and support activities to maximise growth and deliver additional revenue through up-sell and value-added services. • Present products and services to clients in an informative, educational, and consultative manner • Lead Integration projects alongside solutions teams to provide technical solutions and processes for clients to embrace and adopt. • Create strategic account plans for each client and groups of clients to maximise utilisation, growth and revenue. • Manage all commercial activities - Internal reporting, contract renewals, pricing negotiations and new product expansion. • Become the established internal expert which corresponds with your account portfolio and market, with relevant payment products and potential competitors to develop and refine products and operations. • Collaborate within your team, across departments and timezones with legal, compliance, product development and vertical teams to solution and solve client payment problems. • Perform accurate updates to CRM for timely availability of information • Monitor/report/review utilisation, payers, and revenue • Give appropriate attention to escalations • Conduct regular reviews with customer success team to ensure product and service satisfaction • Provide continuous training and resource material management to all relevant client departments
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client success.
- Ideally strong experience in International Higher Education, Education Management or and Payments.
- Ability to engage remote stakeholders & work well with a remote team
- Willingness to travel (20-25%)
- First class written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional presentation skills, including the ability to address and support all levels, including senior executives
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skills in a multicultural environment
- Problem Solving and project management skills
- The ability to work alone as well as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
- Takes initiative, willing to engage internally and externally.
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing, Management or equivalent.

• Define and own DigniFi’s partner integration roadmap across strategic technology partners. • Develop integration strategies that extend beyond simple checkout experiences and drive financing throughout the dealership service journey — backed by data on integration depth vs. business impact. • Translate business objectives into technical integration requirements, APIs, data models, and implementation plans. • In coordination with DigniFi’s Commercial Partnerships team, build the commercial and product case that motivates partner organizations to prioritize DigniFi within their own roadmaps. • Serve as the primary product contact for partner Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams throughout the integration lifecycle. • Coordinate with internal Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Commercial teams to keep projects moving. • Identify technical, operational, and organizational roadblocks before they impact delivery — and know when and to whom to escalate, both internally and on the partner side, when a stalled integration needs executive attention to get unstuck. • Measure integration success using adoption, activation, financing volume, and customer engagement metrics, then use those insights to shape future roadmap decisions. • Maintain visibility into all active integrations, milestones, dependencies, and partner commitments.
