• Process daily payment and foreign exchange transactions timely and accurately and deliver exceptional service to all payers and beneficiaries • Resolve payment related enquiries promptly and independently • Follow strong financial controls and operate consistently within our regulatory and safeguarding policies • Maintain cash balances globally to ensure liquidity to meet all deliverables • Identify processing inefficiencies and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various functions to resolve promptly • Understand cash management and FX trading impacts on Reconciliation / Accounting processes • Help to train and mentor new team members and help maintain training documentation
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree with 3+ years experience in payments, finance or banking operations
- Exceptional attention to detail, sense of urgency / deadline and strong organizational skills
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- A positive, can-do attitude motivated to drive ongoing, continuous improvement
- Fluent English, written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage)
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a willingness and eagerness to learn with a passion for problem solving and helping customers
- Excellent analytical and computer skills including proficiency in Excel and other online tools (Google Apps, etc.)
- Previous team lead or mentoring experience an advantage

Role Description The Senior Operations Analyst independently develops and maintains processes, procedures and controls to be utilized by real-time Operations personnel in their performance of SPP operational functions. These processes, procedures and controls are necessary to facilitate job performance in compliance with all applicable governing criteria, standards, tariffs, protocols, business practices and regulations and to ensure a high level of reliable electric service. Analysts perform assignments independently based on overall Operations objectives, training and tool requirements, market and reliability concepts, project management, policy matters and quality assurance processes and metrics. The role is expected to work closely with analysts and/or Engineers of the Operations Reliability, Engineering and Market Administration teams in jointly defining and implementing requirements for the tool suite as an integrated whole. Role Description The Field Operations Specialist is a part of Turf Tank's Operations department and will report to the Regional Field Operations Manager. The FOS's main function will be to teach and support new/existing customers in the region on how to properly operate and maintain our robots. This role emphasizes precision, consistency, and adherence to Turf Tank standards, with direction and oversight provided by the Field Operations Manager. This role ensures successful robot deployments, consistent customer experiences, and reliable day-to-day field execution. What You'll Do - New Customer Onboarding - Lead on-site robot setup and user training following Turf Tank’s standardized processes. - Ensure each onboarding meets quality benchmarks for configuration, training, and customer readiness. - Provide clear training and supporting resources to build user confidence. - Territory Maintenance - Complete on-site service requests and follow-up visits as assigned by the Field Operations Manager. - Provide timely technical troubleshooting in the field, escalating complex issues through the Field Operations Manager or Support team. - Document work completed and communicate feedback to the Field Operations Manager for continuous improvement. - Customer Support - Assist during peak seasons by supporting the Robot Support team with overflow requests. - Follow established checklists, processes, and standards to ensure consistency across all deployments. - Provide input to the Field Operations Manager on opportunities to refine onboarding quality or improve training materials.
