Inventory Operations Specialist
FitLab
• Maintain accurate, reconciled inventory across all FitLab brands and storage locations • Provide visibility into inbound and outbound logistics activities that impact inventory availability • Ensure system integrity across ERP and 3PL platforms • Oversee daily and weekly inventory reconciliations between 3PL partner reports and FitLab’s ERP systems • Review inbound receipts, outbound orders, returns, and adjustments for accuracy and timing • Lead and coordinate cycle counts and full physical inventory efforts across all 3PL facilities and applicable Fitlab locations • Investigate discrepancies, determine root causes, and drive resolution and prevention actions • Maintain SKU integrity in Fitlab ERP systems • Manage and audit inventory transactions within Full Circle v14.1, NetSuite, and 3PL portals • Ensure synchronization and consistency between all systems • Partner with Accounting to support month-end close and inventory valuation reporting • Develop and maintain reports that monitor on-hand quantities, adjustments, and movement trends • Audit freight-related system transactions to ensure shipments are accurately reflected • Support freight invoice validation by reconciling shipment data with inventory movements • Serve as the primary contact for all inventory-related issues with 3PL partners • Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure outbound shipment readiness and inventory visibility • Work closely with Brand Operations, Planning, Purchasing, and Customer Service • Maintain system-level visibility to inbound and outbound freight movements • Coordinate with 3PL partners for accurate and timely receipt of inbound freight • Track inbound purchase orders from supplier to warehouse receipt • Monitor shipment status for inventory timing and proactively communicate delays • Support resolution of shipping exceptions in collaboration with Customer Service • Create, document, and enforce SOPs for inventory control procedures • Track and report KPIs for accuracy, reconciliation timing, and adjustment frequency • Support internal and external audits with documentation and detailed inventory data • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
- At least 4–6 years of experience in supply chain or related
- High school diploma + relevant experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management

Role Description The International Service Operator position ensures that all required race data is received and available, all required systems and applications are functioning at their peak level and all required racing maintenance tasks are completed successfully. This role acts as a facilitator of the daily maintenance and monitoring of all racing systems, applications and data needed to ensure the success of the Race Day for both internal and external customers. This role is expected to complete all international service operator duties, handle and resolve issues under limited direction with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. - Researches, downloads, and maintains racing data for XBNet to ensure the Race Day runs without issues. - Supports communications regarding operational and technical issues with XBNet, internal customers, external vendors (chiefly AmTote, At the Races, Press Association and RCN, along with others), and other data suppliers, systems suppliers. - Supports accuracy of Race Day applications and processes. - Forms and updates live betting markets both manually and using automated trading tools, responding to late withdrawals, market adjustments and monitoring for potential arbitrage betting opportunities. - Produces and checks factually correct results and dividends for an International customer base where accuracy and speed are vital while having a solid understanding of customer impact of any small error in this industry. - Responds to, resolves, and follows up on reported issues through the trouble ticketing system. - Provides daily reporting to stakeholders. - Monitors all international video feeds both direct (RCN) and streams (At the Races) and properly escalates and communicates when issues arise. - Maintains & verifies operational documentation. - Suggests technical and training improvements. - Responds to production issues immediately. - Performs other duties as assigned.
