Senior Competitive Intelligence Analyst
Filigran
• Leverage AI tools and methodologies to boost productivity, monitoring, synthesis, and impact • Contribute to building AI capabilities into internal competitive intelligence workflows • Identify, collect, and evaluate relevant competitor information, including product capabilities, new features, positioning, business activity, and market signals • Maintain and optimize internal competitor knowledge bases, including competitor pages, capabilities matrices, and market insights repositories • Deliver regular competitive intelligence reports and syntheses for Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams • Provide strategic recommendations based on competitive and market insights • Support Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams with deeper analyses tailored to their needs and audiences • Proactively present insights to key stakeholders and help anticipate market shifts that may impact Filigran’s strategy
Job Requirements
- Strong interest in AI and its applications in cybersecurity
- Comfortable working with and leveraging AI-powered tools, automation, copilots, and LLMs to improve workflows and productivity
- Senior-level experience in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, business analytics, strategy consulting, technical product marketing, or a related field
- Strong cybersecurity subject matter expertise, especially across CTI, Security Operations, AEV, risk management, or broader security platform markets
- Proven research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and synthesize competitive information for accuracy, relevance, and business impact
- Experience working with Sales or Solutions Engineering teams, with a strong understanding of sales cycles, buyer needs, and decision-making processes
- Ability to simplify complex insights and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for different audiences
- Curious, critical-thinking, autonomous, structured, and highly collaborative mindset
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Bonus: Experience with data analysis, BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, web monitoring, scraping, or AI-enabled competitive intelligence workflows
