Senior Product Owner – OpenCTI
Filigran
• Design and document functional specifications based on user needs • Create clear and actionable mockups and user stories • Collaborate daily with the development team to ensure accurate implementation • Work hand-in-hand with the Product Manager to define and refine the OpenCTI product roadmap • Support customer-facing teams (e.g., Solutions Engineers, Customer Success) in understanding and leveraging OpenCTI features • Identify, document, and prioritize user pain points to shape future functionalities • Define scenarios to address specific use cases in OpenCTI • Contribute to the improvement and animation of our product management methodologies
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience, including, 3+ years of experience in Incident Response/Case management (CSIRT/CERT, CTI, SOC)
- Proven ability to translate complex user needs into clear features and functional requirements
- Autonomous, structured, and highly collaborative mindset
- Experience working in fast pace growth environment, start up, scale up for instance
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong interest in AI and its applications in cybersecurity
- Comfortable working with and leveraging AI-powered tools (LLMs, automation, copilots, etc.) to improve workflows and productivity
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Bonus: Previous experience working on a cybersecurity product or open-source ecosystem.
