Role Description As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Figment, you'll own mission-critical validator infrastructure and pioneer agentic AI workflows that amplify team capability, sharpen operational decision-making, and drive measurable business outcomes. Role Description As Figment's Senior Accountant, Crypto, you'll own a broad range of responsibilities across our crypto accounting function, spanning digital asset revenue recognition, subledger integrity, and financial reporting across a multi-entity, multi-chain environment. This is a high-impact role focused on accelerating month-end close, driving AI-assisted automation, and ensuring audit-ready reporting as Figment's on-chain footprint grows. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with crypto-native accounting workflows and a strong foundation in accounting. How you will make an impact - Own key digital assets month-end close activities across multiple Figment entities, including crypto subledger reconciliations per entity, wallet reconciliations, and management reporting deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate close. - Investigate on-chain transactions and ensure all digital asset activity is accurately measured, classified, and recognized in accordance with applicable accounting standards. - Drive AI-assisted automation across month-end close, including journal entry preparation and posting, reconciliation workflows, and per-chain analytics, applying sound accounting judgment to AI-generated outputs. - Build and maintain granular management reporting, providing leadership with clear visibility into digital asset activity and key performance trends. - Partner with Treasury, FP&A, Protocol, Data Science, and Risk teams to onboard new protocols, validate month-end data, and resolve discrepancies across the crypto accounting pipeline. - Prepare accounting memos and audit-ready documentation, support financial statements and tax audits, including walkthroughs of crypto accounting processes. - Support new product launches, accounts receivable function, entity-level reporting, and other crypto accounting projects and initiatives as Figment continues to scale. Role Description As a senior member of the Figment Security Team, you'll plan and run full-scope adversary emulation across all of Figment's products and platforms, from conventional cloud and application infrastructure to build pipelines and crypto systems. You'll own engagements end-to-end: evaluating environments to find vulnerabilities, building the attack scenarios to prove them out, and seeing your findings drive real fixes. This role is as much about partnership as it is about offense. You'll work directly with stakeholders and the blue team to communicate findings clearly, recommend practical mitigations, and help strengthen our overall security posture. What you bring to the team - 8+ years of experience selling infrastructure or financial products to banks, custodians, exchanges, or large platform businesses. - Background in a crypto infrastructure company or a TradFi institution (e.g. prime brokerage, custody, fund administration, or digital assets at a bank), with a strong understanding of how these buyers evaluate and make decisions. - Proven track record of personally closing seven-figure ARR deals with full ownership from end to end. - Ability to operate deeply across custody architecture, key management, validator economics, and commercial terms within a single conversation. - Experience managing a small team (2–4 people) while carrying an individual quota, with a focus on coaching and development. - Strong network across the TradFi–crypto ecosystem, or the ability to build relationships with institutional stakeholders quickly. - Comfortable navigating compliance, legal, and procurement processes within regulated institutions. - Credibility in senior-level conversations across both global financial institutions and crypto-native companies, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations. Base Salary: The US base salary range for this position is USD $190,000 - $210,000. This range reflects base salary only, and does not include additional compensation or benefits. For candidates in other countries, the pay range will be disclosed upon your first interview with Figment (being a globally remote company, the list of salary ranges would simply be too long to note here!). The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across all Canada or the US. A candidate’s specific pay within the range will be determined by various factors including job-related skills, relevant education, and training.
