• Responsible for performing structural engineering tasks for Civil and Electrical construction projects • Work under supervision of an upper level Engineer or Engineering Team Leader • Collaborate closely with other structural engineers, project teams, and subcontractors • Conduct field surveys and studies to identify practical solutions • Prepare and study technical drawings/specifications • Guide compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements • Inspect installations for conformance to design • Provide training for other technical personnel

• Collaborating across teams and leadership to drive growth and profitability • Gathering and analyzing voice-of-the-customer (VOC) • Developing a compelling product roadmap • Launching new offerings into the market • Ensuring the roadmap proactively addresses and maintains regulatory compliance • Conducting focused market research to identify needs in the market • Creating and managing Product Requirements Documents (PRD) for each product in development • Planning and executing product launch strategies and developing product messaging • Developing monetization strategies for digital offerings • Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry organizations • Monitoring product performance and identifying areas for adjustments to go-to-market strategy

• Provides overall management to the project document control requirements • Oversees the development and maintenance of project document system in accordance with client requirements • Manages, maintains, and organizes project Quality and Commissioning document filing structure • Coordinates the flow of documents between project Preconstruction Managers, engineering, Quality and Commissioning, field construction team, and other departments • Maintains document control standards including version control • Assists in the creation of process documentation with the assistance of process and site subject matter experts • Proofreads newly created documents for grammatical errors and proper formatting • Engages in all aspects of process improvement

• Performs basic structural engineering tasks for electrical construction projects • Provides guidance to Level 1 Engineers and Designers • Performs detailed calculations to compute and establish construction standards and specifications • Prepares and studies technical drawings/specifications to ensure that designs/installations conform to standards & customer requirements • Plans layout of construction projects • Conducts field surveys and studies diagram and other data to identify and correct structural problems • Inspects completed installations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications

• Serve as the primary technical expert, partnering with sales teams to support customer engagement • Guide customers through project lifecycles by providing technical expertise and recommendations • Develop, document, and refine processes to improve efficiency • Review quotes for technical accuracy • Ensure accurate product configuration and documentation • Partner with engineering, product management, and operations teams to align on product capabilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) • Plan and organize the setup of project baseline in project controls system • Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline • Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan • Supervise the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures

• Responsible for leveraging customer engagement opportunities (leads) from inbound interactions to identify, develop, document, and appropriately route sales opportunities to product sales teams. • Collaborates with co-workers, National Sales Managers, and regional sales teams to maximize FTI products’ engagement with all customers. • Delivers exceptional customer service and drives sales growth through effective communication, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills. • Responds promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive and efficient conclusion. • Identifies and addresses customer issues and concerns, leading to resolution in a timely manner. • Maintains a thorough understanding of products and their applications to assist customers effectively and provide accurate information. • Efficiently processes orders, expedites requests, and other customer inquiries while keeping customer accounts updated ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Proactively keeps customers informed about their order status and any potential delays.

• Apply standardized testing principles to identify defects, mitigate risks, and improve software and system performance. • Collaborate closely with development, systems, and support teams to ensure application quality and performance. • Utilize automated testing tools, standard test scripts and ad hoc tests to confirm code is working as required. • Provide second tier support for correcting minor code issues that do not require escalating to the design/development team. • Develop and execute structured test plans, test cases, and test scripts in alignment with industry best practices. • Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for software solutions. • Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software issues before deployment. • Ensure that solutions meet business and technical requirements through rigorous verification. • Develop and refine QA processes to enhance software quality and reduce release risks. • Assist in training end-users and stakeholders on software functionality and quality expectations.
