• Prepare and post journal entries in support of monthly close. • Maintain, reconcile, and analyze general ledger accounts. • Support AR and AP processes, including reconciliations and variance review. • Assist with month-end close schedules and supporting documentation. • Support internal and external audit requests with clear, well-organized workpapers. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and auditability of accounting outputs. • Work with accounting exports and subledger data in G-Sheets and other cloud-based tools to clean, structure, and analyze information efficiently. • Use advanced spreadsheet techniques (G-Sheets preferred; Excel experience transferable) to automate reconciliations and recurring close tasks. • Build and maintain automated reports, templates, and dashboards that support close and operational visibility. • Leverage AI-assisted tools to identify anomalies and trends, improve data quality, reduce manual, repetitive accounting work. • Ensure any automation or AI-assisted workflow is documented, transparent, and maintainable by other team members. • Identify recurring pain points in close, reconciliations, or reporting and propose incremental process improvements or automation opportunities. • Partner with the Senior Accountant to implement approved changes in a controlled, practical way.
• Manage and optimize paid search and PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing), & Insurance Specific Media Platforms. • Monitor & Improve KPIs like: ROAS, CPA, Impression Share, CTR, Spend • Conduct deep data analysis to guide bidding, segmentation, and creative testing • A/B test ad copy, audience strategies, and keyword sets to uncover performance drivers • Research new keyword opportunities and emerging SEM trends • Document learnings and present structured reporting to leadership • Collaborate cross-functionally with media buyers, design, and analytics teams to execute high-ROI initiatives
• Vet new affiliate opportunities from inbound pipeline and referrals. • Evaluate partner legitimacy, compliance, and scalability. • Coordinate contracts and onboarding paperwork. • Partner with technical teams to support integrations, tracking setup, and launch readiness. • Manage a portfolio of affiliate partners and monitor performance against internal KPIs. • Analyze reporting dashboards, buyer feedback, and call/transcription data to assess traffic quality and consumer experience. • Identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to improve results. • Monitor fraud/compliance indicators and take action when standards are not met (caps, pauses, wind-downs). • Support payout and pricing decisions based on performance and quality outcomes. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned affiliate partners. • Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly and professionally. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Compliance, Tech, and Affiliate teams to resolve issues and scale high-performing partners. • Maintain accurate workflows and documentation in tools like Asana.
• Manage a portfolio of Health-focused accounts with meaningful monthly budgets. • Develop account strategies informed by performance metrics and market trends. • Create pricing plans that match the value we provide, the results we get, and what our partners want to achieve. • Maintain accurate records and pipeline in Salesforce and Asana. • Analyze performance across accounts to identify trends and opportunities to improve. • Work with teams inside and outside the company to apply data-informed campaign strategies. • Troubleshoot performance issues and coordinate with tech teams to solve them. • Document your successes and share insights across the company. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. • Present data to clients as clear, actionable suggestions and narratives. • Handle escalations and complex situations calmly and professionally. • Build relationships with stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Manage 15–20 accounts with monthly budgets ranging from $50K - $500K+. • Partner with well-known insurance brands on performance marketing needs. • Develop account strategies informed by performance metrics and market trends. • Analyze performance across accounts to identify trends and opportunities to improve. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. • Present data to clients as clear, actionable suggestions and narratives.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise Medicare accounts with significant monthly budgets. • Own relationships with senior stakeholders across carriers, brokerages, and agencies. • Partner with internal teams to develop account strategies informed by performance metrics and market trends. • Drive growth through optimization, pricing strategy, and expansion opportunities. • Create pricing plans that match the value we provide, the results we get, and what our partners want to achieve. • Maintain accurate records and pipeline in Salesforce and Asana. • Analyze performance across accounts to identify trends and opportunities to improve. • Translate performance insights into action plans that improve results and partner outcomes. • Troubleshoot performance issues and coordinate with tech teams to solve them. • Document your wins and share learnings across the company. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. • Present data to clients as clear, actionable suggestions and narratives. • Handle escalations and complex situations calmly and professionally. • Build and maintain trust across multiple stakeholder levels, including executive leadership.
