Scaling Sales Ops, Effortlessly

Affiliate Manager100 days ago

Job description Job Description In our world, “high ticket” is anything with a price point of about $10k or above. We firmly believe that some of the most talented sales professionals in the world are underpaid because they’re in the wrong vehicle selling the wrong product. We take pride in seeking out top talent, developing them further, and enabling them to reach new levels of earning potential through high ticket sales with WFS Group. With our world class marketing systems we are constantly bringing new leads into our ecosystem, however our biggest bottleneck to scaling is generating more sales appointments from all of these leads that have already shown interest in our products, which is where you come in! When it comes to outbound dialing, there are two main buckets: cold calling, and warm dialing, which comes down to one main distinction: Warm dialing consists of only calling leads that have specifically opted in to our marketing campaigns and have expressed interest in learning more about our offers. We are looking for motivated sales development representatives or “setters” that are willing to make a ton of warm dials to consistently generate qualified sales appointments and new pipeline that leads to more revenue for WFS Group. Base Pay with Competitive Commission Structure & Earning Potential! Selling Life Changing Products! Endless Warm Leads to Dial from Word Class Marketing! Fast Sales Career Advancement A Snapshot of WFS Group: WFS is a high performance RevOps agency that installs and deploys enterprise-grade, AI-driven revenue engines and selling systems for our clients. Think of a lead generation based marketing agency…. But focused on sales 🤪Put simply, our clients outsource their sales department to us and we sell their services to help them scale faster than ever before while changing as many people’s lives as possible. We architect entire end-to-end sales solutions by designing custom sales motions, integrating battle-tested systems, developing go to market strategies powered by our proprietary playbooks, and then hiring, training, and managing a highly trained on demand sales force to deploy faster and more predictable revenue engines. The current verticals we serve are the alternative education space that sell transformative programs including everything from business consulting programs, to programs that teach people how to invest in real estate, learn mergers and acquisitions and many many more, along with the software as a service (SaaS) vertical, bringing cutting edge technology products to market. In short, we’re a full-stack RevOps implementation partner that installs full cycle turnkey selling systems for our clients. Position Overview: We’re looking for high output, sales driven individuals that wake up grateful and motivated to fill up our closer’s calendars with highly qualified sales appointments, and are addicted to chasing the rush of the deal. Although this role requires lots of outbound dialing (to warm leads that have opted in to learn more about our programs), there are also inbound calls that will need to be screened & qualified while amplifying interest in our offers. This role as a sales development representative will primarily consist of calling leads in our database, generating interest in our programs, and creating revenue driven opportunities by setting qualified sales appointments for closers. If you are a self-motivated and growth-driven individual, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity. Why Setters LOVE WFS Group: - Fully location independent (remote position) - Base to compensate for your time, commissions to compensate for your results - $10-15k average deal value - 10-14 day average sales cycle - Word class sales training & weekly team coaching - Sales career advancement opportunities to be trained and promoted into a closer - High Performance Culture (A players only) - Offers that change our customers lives!! Responsibilities: - Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations and sales pitches. - Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospective customers and closers. - Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed by management. - Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but never committed to move forward in the sales process. - Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming the content in the sales training center. - Participate in daily sales syncs via zoom to discuss sales initiatives, study sales call game tape, and strategize around the pipeline. - Engage in question led discovery dialogue to identify challenges, pain points, and gaps that create the need, desire, & urgency for WFS offers. - Build relationships with leads, using a consultative sales approach to understand their goals, objectives, and dominant buying motives. - Utilize WFS sales material to ensure leads consume content prior to showing up to the call with a closer - Achieve or exceed sales appointment quotas and targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance expectations. - Adhere to CRM best practices to track and manage sales activities, including lead management, follow-up, and accurate forecasting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful sales process. - Display WFS core values at all times to contribute to a high performance culture. Requirements: - 6 months of previous experience as an SDR or appointment setter in a high ticket sales or consultative sales process - Effective communication and presentation skills - Self-starter with a strong drive for success - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Excellent people skills with the ability to create rapport - Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems You SHOULD apply if: - KNOW you were born to be a top producer/top earner - You have experience in phone/zoom sales - You’re a competitive individual that understands sales is a numbers game ● You want to advance your sales career but don’t have tons of experience as a closer yet ● You’re hungry with tenacity and not afraid of high output dialing - Bring energy and enthusiasm to every room you’re in - You’re a strategic individual and thoroughly enjoy the sales process ● You’re extremely coachable and disciplined - You can learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced sales environment You should NOT apply if: - Aren’t all of the things listed above - Can’t commit to learning our systems, processes, and offer - Don’t work well in a structured team setting with other top performers ● Don’t have amazing communication skills - Are a one trick pony and not a dynamic individual - Get stressed out in fast paced operations - NEED results overnight - You don’t have sales experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year OTE (Base + Commission) Compensation Package: - Bonus opportunities - Uncapped commission Schedule: - Monday to Friday - 9AM - 6 PM (specific to your US time zone)
