• Manage and optimize paid search and PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing), & Insurance Specific Media Platforms. • Monitor & Improve KPIs like: ROAS, CPA, Impression Share, CTR, Spend • Conduct deep data analysis to guide bidding, segmentation, and creative testing • A/B test ad copy, audience strategies, and keyword sets to uncover performance drivers • Research new keyword opportunities and emerging SEM trends • Document learnings and present structured reporting to leadership • Collaborate cross-functionally with media buyers, design, and analytics teams to execute high-ROI initiatives
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on PPC experience in performance marketing
- Proven success managing campaigns with $50K+ monthly spend
- Proficient with Google Ads , Microsoft Ads , and campaign management platforms
- Strong analytical skills in Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, remote environment
- Experience in insurance and/or lead generation is a bonus

Blend is looking for an experienced paid social media expert to help grow revenue for our tour, activity, and attraction clients in markets such as Chicago; Wisconsin Dells; Banff National Park, Charleston, SC, and more. These small to midsize companies ($2-$30M annual revenue) rely on Blend to increase demand and bookings for their experiences. Your role will be focused on managing paid social media ad accounts inside of the broader integrated marketing strategy. The majority of your time will be spent working on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns. You’ll also have opportunities to work on TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn campaigns. Your role will be to implement, optimize, and monitor campaigns, ensure KPI’s are being met, provide written and verbal reports to clients, and continuously stay on top of advertising best practices (both platform-specific and general) for the tour, activity and attraction space.
