• Responsible for the day-to-day activities and delivery of Global Regulatory Affairs support services. • Role will include management of clinical trial applications to Competent Authorities, Ethics Committees and Regulatory Agencies. • Research, review and reporting on applicable global regulations and requirements. • Develop stakeholder tools, process/document regulatory risk assessments. • Provide support, expertise and represent the unit with other functional units, sponsors, researchers and/or regulatory authorities. • Ensure high quality, timely service delivery processes are maintained in accordance with corporate, industry and regulatory standards and guidelines. • May be required to coach peers and/or provide input for staff performance reviews.

• Lead and support advisory engagements across the Public Sector frameworks • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle • Provide oversight across compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, CMMC, DISA Cloud SRG, FISMA, etc. • Review and develop compliance documentation • Ensure quality through peer reviews • Collaborate with internal stakeholders • Support IT security consulting for cloud and on-premises environments • Directly manage and mentor 2-3 team members • Foster client relationships and lead various engagements within the Public sector advisory team • Build a culture of accountability and excellence while nurturing high-trust partnerships with clients and stakeholders • Provide advisory consulting support and develop compliance-related reports and documentation • Ensure quality control through peer reviews of project deliverables • Partner with sales, quality management, and delivery teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met • Mentor team members in technology, consulting methodologies, technical reviews, and professional writing

• Serve as the designated compliance advisor for assigned client organizations. • Interpret and apply: NIST SP 800-171, DFARS 252.204-7012, CMMC 2.0 Level 1 & Level 2 requirements, SPRS scoring and submissions. • Guide clients through gap assessments, remediation planning, implementation, and certification readiness. • Assist clients with developing and maintaining: System Security Plans (SSPs), Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms), Security policies and procedures, Compliance documentation and evidence. • Conduct recurring compliance strategy meetings with clients. • Review implementation progress and validate remediation efforts. • Serve as the primary compliance contact throughout the client engagement. • Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business and technical recommendations. • Collaborate with client leadership, IT teams, and security personnel to implement compliant solutions. • Support clients before, during, and after assessments. • Prepare professional assessment reports and executive summaries. • Maintain accurate compliance documentation and audit evidence. • Track compliance milestones and client deliverables. • Conduct monthly compliance reviews. • Monitor regulatory updates affecting Department of Defense contractors. • Assist clients with annual self-assessments and SPRS submissions. • Support audit readiness initiatives. • Coordinate with C3PAOs, government auditors, and other stakeholders as necessary. • Deliver cybersecurity awareness and compliance training for client personnel. • Educate organizations on evolving CMMC and NIST requirements. • Help clients understand how cybersecurity controls support their business operations.
