• Account Ownership: Full revenue responsibility for your named accounts (upsell, cross-sell, expansion). • Personally own operational and C-level relationships at every client. • Conduct quarterly Reviews with client leadership and Etops Executive Board members. • Identify and close six-figure upsell/cross-sell opportunities (additional users, new modules, AI add-ons, white-label solutions, API integrations). • Partner with clients on their digital roadmaps to position Etops as their strategic WealthTech platform for the next 5–10 years. • Drive platform adoption, feature usage and best-practice implementation. • Build and execute joint success plans with measurable ROI (time savings, cost reduction, higher client satisfaction scores). • Organise regular on-site power-user workshops and training sessions. • Act as the primary feedback channel from the German IFA clients into Product, Engineering and the Executive Board.

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of client-facing experience in WealthTech, IFA, private banking or asset-management software.
  • Proven track record as a Key Account / Customer Success Manager for financial intermediaries or banks in Germany.
  • Existing strong personal relationships with decision-makers at the Swiss wealth managers.
  • Deep understanding of German IFA workflows, regulatory requirements and digitalization pain points.
  • Native German + fluent English.
  • University degree; additional qualifications are advantageous.
