As a Consulting Services Account Manager, you will own and grow consulting services relationships within a portfolio of existing retail customers. You will be responsible for day-to-day account management for consulting services, identifying new opportunities, and driving renewals, extensions, and add-on engagements. We are seeking applicants with strong client management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate independently while partnering closely with Sales and Consulting Delivery teams to create long‑term customer success. Associate Solution Engineer | SaaS Conversions Join Epicor as a Solution Engineer! This Solution Engineer for Distribution is a high-visibility role supporting a critical corporate initiative focused on SaaS conversions for Epicor products Prophet 21 and Eclipse. This position will work closely with Distribution SaaS Conversion BDRs, Distribution Account Managers, Account Manager leadership, Consulting Services, and the Cloud Center of Excellence. What you will be doing: - Partner with CAMs and customers to assess scope, risks, and readiness for SaaS migration. - Partnering with CAMs to discuss and review potential SaaS conversion opportunities, including scope, approach, and next steps - Leading the completion and validation of the SaaS Questionnaire with customers to identify potential risk areas. - Collaborating with CAMs and Consulting teams to support development of Statements of Work - Lead the process to collect CSG (Custom Solutions Group) work, TSG (Technical Solutions Group) work and validate their cloud compatibility - Providing a clear and effective handoff of relevant information to Consulting for SaaS projects - Communicating the SaaS conversion process during customer calls and other engagements - Reviewing applicable tools and alternative approaches to support SaaS readiness - Working with internal SaaS stakeholders to identify, communicate, and mitigate risk areas - Supporting efforts to increase SaaS conversion adoption in collaboration with Distribution leadership and the Center of Excellence - Some travel is required What you will likely bring: - Minimum of 1 year of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience, specifically Prophet21. - Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales - Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations - Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as: Epicor, SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, Netsuite or other ERP companies or Value Added Resellers (VARs). - 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in Distribution - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). #LI-KT1 #LI-REMOTE About Epicor At Epicor, we’re truly a team.
