• Atuar na implementação e sustentação do SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) • Conduzir workshops de levantamento e validação de requisitos junto às áreas de negócio • Realizar configurações da solução de acordo com as necessidades do cliente • Elaborar documentos funcionais, especificações e materiais de apoio • Apoiar a definição de processos de RH aderentes às melhores práticas do SuccessFactors • Executar e apoiar testes unitários, integrados e de aceite do usuário (UAT) • Identificar e propor soluções para gaps de negócio • Atuar em conjunto com equipes técnicas, de integração e demais frentes do projeto • Apoiar atividades de migração de dados, cutover e go-live
Job Requirements
- Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência com SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Experiência comprovada em projetos de implementação end-to-end
- Sólido conhecimento das configurações do EC, incluindo estruturas organizacionais, regras de negócio, Workflows e processos de administração de pessoal
- Experiência na condução de workshops e interação com clientes
- Conhecimento dos processos de RH relacionados à gestão de colaboradores
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado para atuação em projetos e documentação
- Disponibilidade para atuação em São Paulo/SP

The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise, a deep understanding of both offensive and defensive IT concepts, and the ability to communicate complex security issues effectively. With a focus on staying current with the latest vulnerabilities and technology trends, the Senior Security Consultant will develop and execute proof-of-concept exploits, create detailed reports, and recommend improvements to enhance clients' security postures. This position also involves mentoring junior testers and contributing to the development of innovative testing tools and methodologies. Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive penetration tests to identify security vulnerabilities, assess their impact, and develop actionable remediation strategies. - Perform detailed vulnerability assessments and analyses of client networks, systems, servers, and other infrastructure components. - Lead Red Team exercises to simulate advanced persistent threats and measure an organization’s readiness to detect, respond, and mitigate attacks. - Stay up to date with the latest vulnerabilities, technology trends, threat landscapes, and offensive toolkits used in penetration testing.
