• Serve as the primary point of contact for EPC Power’s larger and strategic customers • Ensure customers have a consistent, reliable interface for account-level communication, escalation management, and operational visibility • Understand system context, terminology, operational states, and common fleet-level issues • Translate technical information, analytics, and system status into clear, actionable communication for customer stakeholders • Leverage fleet monitoring tools and data analytics to support proactive engagement, early issue awareness, and identification of maintenance or parts opportunities
• Coordinate, monitor, and track international inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery • Collaborate with suppliers, distribution centers, and customers to confirm shipping schedules and resolve shipment-related issues • Manage and maintain shipment documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, customs paperwork, and related records • Update and maintain Excel-based shipment tracking tools and ensure documentation is properly stored in SharePoint • Serve as the primary point of contact for freight carriers, brokers, and third-party logistics providers supporting international shipments • Resolve freight-related issues, including delays, damages, and claims • Partner with warehouse, procurement, production, customer service, and logistics teams to align shipment activities with business needs • Support cross-functional initiatives focused on improving supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, customs requirements, and company policies • Maintain accurate records related to shipments, carrier invoices, freight audits, and compliance activities
• Own all technical aspects of inverter projects from PO receipt through commissioning and commercial operation • Receive technical handoff from Sales and ensure all customer technical requirements are clearly understood and documented • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Production, Testing, and Commissioning • Document, organize, and maintain complete and accurate technical project records • Translate customer technical specifications to Production and Testing teams • Develop bills of material (BOMs) and drive drawing reviews and approvals for skid- and transformer-based projects • Lead customer technical kick-off meetings and manage ongoing technical communications and follow-ups • Manage and close the technical components of change orders • Lead and support customer factory acceptance testing (FAT) in coordination with the Testing team • Define inverter operational modes and system parameters in collaboration with customers • Support project handoff to the Commissioning team and remain engaged through commercial operation date (COD) • Contribute to process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives • Perform other related duties as assigned
• Develop commodity strategies with a strong focus on mechanical and electrical components including analyzing and developing sourcing strategies; spend analysis and supplier strategies. • Supplier Relationship Management: Includes negotiating pricing, monitoring performance to agreed terms and conditions, and supplier selection. • Collaborate with key suppliers to expand knowledge and identify opportunities for improvements resulting in a joint benefit to the company and supplier. • Leverage supplier expertise and/or technology to harness improvements in reducing total costs. • Collaborate with procurement engineering and design engineering to find the best supplier to meet the cost, quality and design requirements. • Develop and negotiate contractual agreements to provide price protection and supply security in consultation with legal, business, and technical functions. • Execute requirements per terms of the agreements. • Working with supplier quality, engage suppliers to provide long-term solutions to quality issues. • Coordinate cross functional and business discussions to drive continuous improvement opportunities throughout the organization. • Monitor quality and delivery performance of key suppliers. • Develop supplier relationships resulting in optimized supply chain efficiencies and security of supply. • Evaluate supplier's capabilities and capacities while implementing plans to ensure adequate supply of goods and services. • Negotiate agreements with suppliers that mitigate or spread the overall risk.
• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting data center operators, hyperscalers, and EPCs with high-availability and grid-forming inverter needs. • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts, including utilities and data center developers. • Identify emerging trends in AI infrastructure, microgrids, and co-located renewable projects to shape product positioning and sales tactics. • Own the sales pipeline and forecasting for the data center vertical, contributing to growth targets. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align customer needs with EPC Power’s technology roadmap. • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing internal and external sales team focused on the data center segment.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for hyperscale and AI data center customers • Lead pre-sales technical strategy, solution design, and value positioning • Support complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from concept through execution • Architect inverter-based power and energy management solutions • Deliver executive-level technical presentations and customer briefings • Provide advanced technical support and lead technical escalations as needed • Partner cross-functionally to influence product roadmap and technical direction • Develop reference architectures, application notes, and technical collateral • Travel up to 25% to support customers and sales initiatives
• Drive bookings and revenue growth by leading front-end commercial negotiations and closing high-value deals across renewable energy and data center markets. • Focus on customer-facing deal execution and accelerate the sales cycle, shape advantageous contract terms, and balance commercial opportunities with effective risk mitigation. • Partner across departments to structure deals that maximize revenue while managing acceptable risk levels. • Support deal desk operations by analyzing pricing proposals, assessing commercial risks, and optimizing contract terms for profitability. • Train and enable Sales team members in contract processes, negotiation strategies, and best practices to improve win rates. • Provide commercial guidance on contractual opportunities, competitive positioning, and deal structuring to management and sales teams.
• Build and maintain trusted, executive-level relationships with top-tier solar and storage developers, utilities, and EPCs • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with customer goals and EPC Power’s value proposition • Develop and implement account-specific sales strategies that address customer pain points, project requirements, and long-term growth opportunities • Lead negotiations and close complex deals involving BESS, grid-forming inverters, and hybrid systems • Identify emerging trends in renewable energy, grid modernization, and energy storage to inform product positioning and go-to-market tactics • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting for key solar and storage accounts • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure customer feedback informs product development and messaging.
