• Pro-actively analyse the Türkiye market and acquire new customers and projects • Present the Harmonic Drive® SE product portfolio and answer technical questions • Analyse customer needs and select appropriate products • Provide technical support to customer projects • Create quotes, negotiate contracts and support the customer during order process • Develop a sales and marketing strategy for the Turkish market • Manage and continue developing existing customers and projects • Work closely with the technical and commercial team in Germany

• Provide L2/L3 production support for critical media applications • Troubleshoot application, platform, and infrastructure issues across GCP and Kubernetes • Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to identify root causes • Resolve incidents using runbooks and SOPs, escalating when required • Partner with Engineering and SRE teams, providing clear technical context • Support live streaming pipelines and video transcoding workflows • Diagnose issues related to: • Stream ingest failures • Transcoder job errors and performance bottlenecks • Output quality, latency, and availability • Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends • Document incidents, RCAs, corrective and preventive actions • Continuously improve monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and SOPs

• Act as a technical expert for packaging applications at customers manufacturing in Meat and Cheese markets across EMEA • Support customers with product selection, application optimization, and effective product commercialization • Support product enhancements and new developments in collaboration with R&D and Product Management • Work closely with Sales and Field Technical Service to solve complex application issues • Lead and support product qualifications, trials, and scale‑ups at customer sites • Conduct packaging line, shelf‑life, and performance evaluations to demonstrate quantifiable customer value • Capture customer and market insights to identify portfolio gaps, innovation opportunities, and competitive trends • Share knowledge internally and contribute to building strong application capabilities across the organization

About the role This role is remote home office and can be based in any country in Eastern Europe. This person will partner with customers in the Meat Industry to develop innovative concepts and renovate existing products tailored to their specific needs. The position supports the creation of high-quality, customer-focused solutions that align with market trends and technical requirements. This role would require one week per month travelling to Frankfurt. Key responsibilities - Support application activities for key projects within the Mainland Europe Meat D&A Team. - Prepare samples for various meat applications, including sausages, deli meats, coated products, and meat alternatives. This implies travelling to Frankfurt every few weeks. - Ensure ingredient functionality meets customer requirements in final products. - Assist in troubleshooting application challenges in collaboration with customers. - Participate in internal training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and unique selling points. - Contribute to the rollout of new technologies in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams. Qualifications and skills - Entry Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field. - 2–3 years of experience in the Meat Industry. - Required Experience - Hands-on experience with meat processing and pilot plant equipment ideally. - Proven ability to assist in developing new meat products, improving existing formulations, and ensuring product consistency. - Basic understanding of chemical and microbiological aspects of meat products, with a focus on safety and quality. - Knowledge of ingredient functionality and its impact on texture, taste, and product stability. - Skills - Ability to assist with multiple projects, including timelines and resources. - Good communication and teamwork skills with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams. - Basic IT skills. - Good communication skills | Self-motivated | Organised. - Intermediate English (B1).
