• Join a leading European fintech helping banks, fintechs and embedded finance companies launch and scale innovative payment products. • Work at the heart of the card issuing ecosystem as part of a licensed issuer processor and BIN Sponsor. • Own customer implementations from contract signature through to successful programme launch. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating internal teams, external partners and key stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. • Lead complex onboarding projects spanning technology, operations, compliance and customer delivery. • Play a key role in shaping the first experience customers have with Enfuce and ensuring they achieve a successful go-live. • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, compliance and operations teams to bring new payment programmes to market.

Job Requirements

  • You have experience managing complex projects within the payments industry and understand the realities of launching and operating card programmes.
  • You may currently work for an issuer processor, BIN Sponsor, programme manager, card bureau, scheme, bank or fintech operating within the card payments ecosystem.
  • Proven experience delivering customer-facing projects within payments, card issuing or embedded finance environments.
  • A strong understanding of the card issuing ecosystem and how different stakeholders interact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead discussions with customers and senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A structured and organised approach to project delivery, balanced with the flexibility to adapt when priorities change.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to bring people together around a common objective.
  • A level of technical curiosity that allows you to engage confidently in discussions around APIs, integrations and payment solutions, without needing to be a software engineer.

Role Description TerraPower is seeking to hire highly motivated and forward-thinking professionals who are interested in focusing on advanced nuclear reactor research and development and influencing change within the nuclear power landscape and bringing forward the critical production of medical isotopes.
