Role Description Join the Reserve Power and Engineered Services Project Management team, supporting today’s fast-moving digital world. EnerSys has an immediate need for a Project Manager for its growing services division. With a focus on customer service, this position provides management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment. The Project Manager II Service typically manages multiple higher revenue projects, with the total value of projects exceeding $5 million dollars, ensuring that specifications and safety procedures are followed and that the work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3–5 years in HR compliance or related HR function. Requirements - Experience with AAP/EEO reporting and federal contractor compliance. - Vendor management experience. - Experience with PowerBI and analytics/dashboards. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (OFCCP, EEOC, ADA). - Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. - Demonstrates sound judgment and confidentiality in handling sensitive compliance matters. - Vendor relationship management skills. - Ability to communicate clearly with varying populations. - Adaptability to respond quickly to regulatory changes and evolving business needs.
