• Assist in the coordination of shipping and receiving of products. • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation. • Update and maintain records in our database. • Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other departments via phone and email to facilitate timely deliveries and resolve any issues. • Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and identify causes of delays as necessary. • Utilize logistics management software and tools to track shipments and delivery schedules. • Provide support for logistical planning and implementation to improve operational efficiency. • Familiarize yourself with customer and supplier preferences. • Support special projects and reports as requested by management.

• Monitor and track the status of trucks and shipments to ensure timely deliveries. • Schedule and manage appointments for pickups and deliveries. • Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data. • Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff. • Preparation of reports for the logistics department. • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. • Respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding shipping status and logistics. • Participate in team meetings to discuss logistics planning and strategies.

• Manage and expand a portfolio of clients and suppliers across international markets • Source and broker eggs from internal and external inventories • Drive new business development across wholesale, retail, and foodservice sectors • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to maximize profitability • Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply-demand dynamics • Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to optimize performance and execution • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with domestic and international stakeholders • Identify arbitrage and trading opportunities within regional and global egg markets • Ensure compliance with local regulations, import/export requirements, and quality standards • Support growth across applicable markets of expertise leveraging experience in agri-business, poultry, egg or related commodity trading.

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the department such as checking Ops Sheets, creating labels etc. • Review and process order entries from customers, sales team, and EDI systems • Verify and ensure accurate information in terms of product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules • Create accurate requested purchase orders, confirming details and specifications with the sales team and send them to suppliers • Input purchase order information into company systems and Excel spreadsheets, including pricing details and order specifications • Assist with obtaining compliance paperwork and certificates as required by carriers and suppliers • Coordinate daily communications with suppliers regarding orders, shortage, substitutes, discrepancies, date changes and relay information to the sales team, freight team and accounting team • Update purchase orders and systems promptly to reflect any changes and ensure accuracy • Familiarize yourself with customer and supplier preferences • Support special projects and reports as requested by management • Communicate via email, Teams.

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Retail Sales Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting logistical operations to ensure the smooth movement of goods and services. This role involves tracking shipments, making appointments, and handling various administrative tasks. Work Hours and Timezone: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with potential Saturday mornings for approximately 3 hours. Pacific Standard Time Duties & Responsibilities: • Maintain and update accurate records of shipping activities, inventory data, pictures, and logistics documentation. • Plan and order materials to their assigned facilities and ensure on-hands inventory level. • Track delivery of orders and communicate with suppliers and receivers. • Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc logistics and inventory reports. • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding shipment status and logistics updates. • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and managing logistics-related communications. • Coordinate weekly carton count collection from various partner facilities. • Obtain and update weekly inventory data and maintain internal records accordingly. • Maintain and regularly update internal load and inventory tracking worksheets. • Update external carton status in internal reporting and tracking tools and reconcile discrepancies. • Send daily inventory reports for external locations to internal stakeholders. • Manage and update spreadsheets tracking inbound purchase orders and shipment statuses. • Regularly update forecasting spreadsheets, including both plant and warehouse data. • Maintain plant inventory data, including carton loads and stock movement. • Process Bills of Lading (BOLs) received from warehouses accurately and in a timely manner. • Verify and approve extra charges on invoices from various partner facilities. • Collaborate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in inventory tracking and reporting. • Participate in team meetings to support logistics planning, forecasting, and operational strategies. • Monitor and track status of manufacturer carton shipments. • Uphold company Mindset, policies, procedures, and operational standards. • Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred. - Previous experience in logistics, administration, or a related field is preferred. - Advanced Excel Skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with logistics software or tools is an advantage.
